News Story: 49,645 CAPX Shares For Sale By CEO
In an effort to get more shares of Capital Exchange trading on the open market, I am placing for sale 49,645 CAPX shares. This will reduce my total amount of personal CAPX shares to 65.0%. The sale price per share is L$8.25. If a person buys a substantial amount of shares, I'm willing to drop the price to L$8.20 per share.

Note that if you purchase CAPX shares at these prices, and CAPX continues to pay around .10L per share as it has done for the last 3 months, your return on investment per year would be about 14.5%. This is NOT a guarantee on your investment. Circumstances may arise where a different monthly dividend could be paid, or no dividend paid at all. This is simply a projection.

Anyone interested in investing in CAPX, please contact me. Thank you and happy trading!

Re: News Story: LEM considered as "CapEx Licensed Stock Broker"
Clarifications:

1) The Transaction fee for you is reduced by .25% - not 25%.

2) The Market Maker (not Marker) Commission is not a fee. It's a .1% commission that is paid from the Transaction Fee to every CEO to encourage stock trading in their respective companies.

Any questions, please ask. Thank you.

Capital Exchange Suggestions » Transaction History
Re: Transaction History
SynCere:

We are in the process of researching how to "archive" older transactions to speed things up, as well as change the way how information is presented to the trader. A possibility would be to only show the last 50 transactions, with a "More" link to show the rest. As soon as this is done, I'll make an announcement. Our programmer Hamncheese Omlet is in the process of making a lot of bug fixes and upgrades right now. We'll keep you posted. Thank you for your suggestion.

Re: The 401(keg) Plan
The biggest issues with developing an app for CapEx right now are the cost and the time necessary to develop it. I doubt that it will increase trading volume enough to justify the expense at the moment.

Our programmer Hamncheese Omlet is simply overwhelmed with other bug fixes and upgrades right now - I have a lot on his plate. I need to pick and choose the things that absolutely must be fixed right now, or have things changed that take just a few minutes. I understand the value of having a CapEx Trading App (or a HUD) and I'm sure in the future things like that will be done.

In place of an app, you can use CapEx in your phone Browser even though it's not as convenient. I use my BlackBerry browser to do just about everything on CapEx when I'm not near a computer/laptop. A CapEx trading app would be really cool though. Hopefully in the future we can make it happen.
