Dear CAPX Shareholders:

A few of you have been asking me "how things are going so far financially" so I wanted to give you a quick update.

First let me say that I think a bulk of the major programming expenses have been paid for now. Hamncheese Omlet has been doing an outstanding job with fixing the many bugs in the software, as well as doing security upgrades. So while February will see a large increase in debt to me, I think in the future programming expenses won't be as tremendous.

Transaction Fees have been raising steadly. Our monthly volume is up about 400% over the month I took over. I hope to continue this trend. IPO fees will be coming in soon, starting in March. We received a small SPO fee for ICE this month.

We have 25 active companies right now, and my goal is to have 30 by March, 40 by the summer, and 60 by the end of the year. I know this sounds ambitious, but I'm confident it can be done. I just have to make sure I add the right companies.

It's still my goal to pay a monthly dividend every month, regardless of income. The amount will depend on how much debt I m carrying, and what our expenses/income were for that month.

Advertising is going to be a new revenue stream. I now have adBrite banners ads on the website, in which we get a small amount per click. I encourage everyone to visit the ad sponsors and check out their products and services. Also soon I will be selling internal ads, that will run for a period of time, or by the number of impressions. In addition, I have some places in-world that I'm selling advertising for (thank you Mystic Handrick and Munito Jacobus!) so that has brought in some small revenue as well.

I have other revenue sources coming in soon as well. Once those ideas get closer to completion, I'll share them with you. My goal is to try and get as much income in as possible, so I can pay a meaningful monthly dividend and cover our expenses at the exchange.

Finally, I'll know for sure in about a week or so, but the projected dividend for February will be between L$15,000-L$25,000. I have to see what the final numbers are first in terms of income vs. expenses, and what remaining debt will be.

This explains what was done. Please note that the combination of companies was my requirement, and not Mr. Inglewood's. I hope this will now give you some stability in your investment for many years to come.

Dear APT Shareholders:

Interim APT CEO Cash Yiyuan contacted me about halting the trading for APT, and redeveloping the mission and purpose of the company. I asked Mr. Yiyuan to submit a new Prospectus application, and I will ask the SLCapEx Advisory Board of Directors their opinion and consent for any company reorganization.

To further strengthen APT, I proposed to Mr. Yiyuan locking 50% plus 1 of the shares in his name, another 2.5% unlocked, and the remainder of the "treasury shares" (about 249,000) would be sold in an SPO to raise investment capital. This is merely a suggestion which I feel will benefit shareholders in the long run. There will be no extra shares created to dilute existing shares in this reorganization.

Nothing is set in stone yet. I'd like to know what current APT shareholders have to say about this. If there is significant objections from what I consider to be a large % of APT shares/shareholders, we will take things from there. Your opinion counts,..thanks.

I am happy to announce that Redux Technologies (RDX) has finally formally applied for listing at SL Capital Exchange, and has been approved. In the next 6 hours RDX shareholders should see their shares in their SLCapEx accounts. If all goes on schedule, trading will start Monday, February 28, 5 PM SLT.

Many thanks to CEO Redux Dengaku for bringing one of the oldest listed companies within Second Life to SL Capital Exchange. Happy trading everyone.

Mr. Harbrough:

SLCapEx has a policy for companies to have 50% plus 1 shares locked with a CEO. When the 3 companies were combined and transferred to SLCapEx, I did this for MYK. Mr. Inglewood mentioned nothing of what you are referring to above to me before the transfer to here.

If Mr. Inglewood wishes to place some of his CEO/Owner Shares as locked Company Shares instead, I can easily do this at any time. Please contact Mr. Inglewood and have him instruct me to do this. Thank you.
