4. Suggested Continuing Listing Rules

a. It is recommended that no one person shall own more than 80% of stock in any particular company.

b. It is recommended that there shall always be at least 20% of stock in a company unlocked, and owned by someone other than the CEO of that company or any Treasury/Company alts.

Re: Earn2Life.com Investors (EARN) SL group has been fou
You should send group invites to the over 100 people today that bought the IPO stock. By the way, that's amazing - over 100 bought the IPO for over L$1,500,000! Great job!

Re: Stock price chart
Outstanding job! These are exactly the kinds of charts that I have on the "to do" list for the programmer. I know Hamncheese Omlet has been busy in rl, so it's on the backburner for now. I hope to one day have it so you can enter in a search time period, and get graphs and charts for a company - maybe even compare multiple companies on the same chart. Thanks puru for the help!

Re: News Story: Earn2Life.com projected profit and dividends, May 2011
Capital Exchange supports any stock sale, buy back, option, or SPO that is approved by a majority of shares in a company in accordance with all the rules. More and more I am trying to "take a back seat" and let companies do as they see fit, and be more neutral. Of course I will always be in a supporting role for all listed companies and CEO's, but decisions like this above must be made by a majority of shares. I also highly encourage EARN and all other companies to develop a Board of Directors to assist in these decisions.

So I think CEO Gassner answered the question adequately. I'm happy to see the EARN IPO doing so well, and I hope for the company to be around Capital Exchange for a long time to come. Thanks.

DDE Halted
Someone asked me why DDE was halted. I will repost the original news story. Anyone that has any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

APT, DDE, FAG, OIG & VSIF Halted

Capital Exchange listing rules state that Quarterly Financial Statements must be filed by posting in the appropriate Forums. First Quarter Financial Statements were due on April 15th for the following companies, but were not posted:

Alpha Phoenix Trading (APT)
Delicious Demar Enterprises (DDE)
Fashion and Gadgets (FAG)
Online Investment Group (OIG)
Virtual Stock Investment Fund (VSIF)

There is a 10-day grace period given for late filings. If a First Quarter Financial Statement is not filed by April 25th, trading for that company stock is to be halted.

Because this was the first required filing, I gave 7 extra days for companies that were late, on top of the 10-day grace period. Between April 15 and today, I sent numerous IM's and e-mails to the CEO's of companies without Quarterly Financial Statements filed, requesting they be posted. Some promised they would, but none did so.

I consulted with the Capital Exchange Advisory Board of Directors, and by unanimous vote, it was decided to halt the stock trading of the above companies until a proper First Quarter Financial Statement is posted. As soon as this is done for each company, trading for that company will resume. Companies that refuse to post a Quarterly Financial Statement according to the listing rules may be delisted.

I encourage shareholders of the affected companies to contact the CEO's to find out when a First Quarter Financial Statement will be posted. It is my hope that shortly all companies late can file, and trading can resume to normal. I deeply apologize to shareholders for the halts.

Anyone that has any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

So I encourage everyone to please take another look, and let me know if you see anything you'd like changed.

Mr. Morigi,

I am waiting for CEO Demar to contact me as to why her financials aren't posted, or for her to post her Q1 financials. As soon as she posts her financials, the halt will be lifted.

Dear Capital Exchange Investors:

Be advised that in the near future, I may be investing Lindens on behalf of the company. If and when I do this, I will be sure to make a post about it. Lindens in the ATM system are not at any risk if this is done. Any questions, feel free to ask. Thank you.
