Capital Exchange » CAPX Limit Buy Order Placed CAPX Limit Buy Order Placed |
|
| Dear Capital Exchange Shareholders: As previously stated, I'm going to get more active in supporting CAPX stock as a CEO and Market Maker. Please note that I (personally - not with company funds) have placed a large Limit Buy Order at L$8.00 per share. Anyone that wishes to sell their CAPX shares at this price may do so. I feel the stock is extremely valuable now that all debt is paid off and high dividends are to be paid per share, and even at L$8.00 a share CAPX is undervalued. So anyone that wishes to sell at this price may do so. Any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you. Skip Oceanlane CEO and Majority Shareholder Capital Exchange |

Capital Exchange » News Story: CAPX Pays A .05 Dividend for May! Re: News Story: CAPX Pays A .05 Dividend for May! |
|
| Additional Comments: I'd like to add that next month I am going to be reporting increased assets. Until now, I have undervalued what I feel the domain name slcapex.com website and software are worth. I raised the overall value to L$5,000,000 for the website, software and business, but I feel this is still too low. Alexa.com now ranks slcapex.com between 181,000-185,000 for worldwide traffic, and many website valuation sites place just the domain name slcapex.com at around $10,000-$15,000 US in value. I am going to come up with what I think is a fair and accurate value for the software, business and name, and include that in the next financial report under assets. In the grand scheme of things, it really doesn't matter, but I want people to know that the value per share has gone up significantly, and to try and reflect it accurately in the financial reports. Thanks. Skip |

Capital Exchange » News Story: L$160,000 CAPX SPO Sold Out In 22 Hours! News Story: L$160,000 CAPX SPO Sold Out In 22 Hours! Edited by moderator Jun 2nd 2011, 09:03 |

| My personal thanks to everyone who purchased the 20,000 SPO shares of CAPX. We were able to raise L$156,000 (L$4,000 was the SPO fee) in only 22 hours. The proceeds of selling my personal shares will go towards programmers expenses to do upgrades and software fixes. This should ensure an enormous dividend for the month of June, which would be a record for the company. Stat tuned for some major announcements this month that will further strengthen Capital Exchange and keep us the leader in SL stock markets. CapEx Rules Discussion » Share Reclamation Share Reclamation |
|
| Please be advised that I am starting to go ahead with the share reclamation policy for inactive accounts. In summary, shares in question will be transferred back to the company as Treasury/Company Shares. Here is the full rules section on this policy. Anyone that has any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you. Skip Oceanlane CEO and Majority Shareholder Capital Exchange Section 10 - Inactive Accounts - Reclaiming of Shares and Lindens 1) Accounts on Capital Exchange shall be deemed "Inactive" once the following conditions have been met: A) The avatar account has not been accessed for at least 12 months at slcapex.com, and the avatar has not signed on Second Life within 18 months. or B) The avatar account has not been accessed for at least 12 months at slcapex.com, and the avatar does not have a viewable profile on Second Life, and cannot be confirmed that the profile is hidden. Note: Only the CEO of CapEx may determine an account is Inactive. 2) Reclaiming of Shares Once an account is determined to be Inactive: A) Shares held in a particular company are returned to the company for holding. This is called "reclaiming of shares." These shares will be considered "Treasury/Company Shares" and will be locked for a period of 6 months. B) CapEx will post in the Forums a list of names in which shares have been reclaimed. This posting should only be done after the shares have been officially reclaimed by CapEx, and transferred. The Forums post will include the name of the avatar, and the number of shares reclaimed from the avatar. The avatar has 6 months from the date of this posting to request a reinstatement of shares, so it's important not to forget to post this in the Company Forum as soon as possible. C) If the owner of the inactive account does not return to reclaim the shares within 6 months, they will be considered fully Company Owned shares. CapEx recommends these shares be held in a company alt avatar account. If no company alt avatar account exists, then the CEO will hold the shares in his/her avatar account as locked Treasury/Company Shares, and the number of Treasury/Company Shares will be denoted on the Prospectus/Company Page. These shares may become unlocked if the company already meets the 50% plus 1 threshold for locked Company Shares. |

CapEx Rules Discussion » Share Reclamation Re: Share Reclamation |
|
| Because we are not real life companies listed here, and this is a game. Having such a large amount of shares locked up doing nothing is really hurting trading with many companies. If someone doesn't sign on Second Life for 1 1/2 years, and within 2 years doesn't contact us about their shares, it was decided their shares be reclaimed back to the original company. I think it's a very fair policy. Skip Oceanlane CEO and Majority Shareholder Capital Exchange |

General Investment Discussion » How do I transfer shares to another account I have? Re: How do I transfer shares to another account I have? |

| Sparhawke, If you'd like to transfer shares between you and your alt, it has to be done manually by me. If you have two "sets" of shares and wish to keep them separate, I suggest you use one account, and use subaccounts to keep each set of shares in. Fill out a Customer Service ticket with exactly which shares you'd like to have transferred, and I will do a one-time transfer of shares for you at no charge. Skip |

CapEx Rules Discussion » Section 3: IPO and SPO applications (ss: b) Re: Section 3: IPO and SPO applications (ss: b) |

| Alain, Right - it would be mismanagement, fraud and/or theft, and there is nothing the exchange can do to enforce a change of CEO. By having a majority of shares with one person, we wouldn't have to ever worry about this situation happening. That's my point. In real life, your scenario makes perfect sense. But for here in SL within this game, I don't see why we should create a situation we cannot enforce, especially if we can ever prevent it from happening by simply keeping a majority of shares with 1-2 people. | You can move from your main and subaccounts easily for the same avatar, but different avatars have to be done by me. Thanks. Skip |

| I was referring to creating the situation of where people could vote out a CEO, and then the CEO refuses to give up assets. | ||

| You're missing my point completely. Again, my point is that by mandating 1-2 people have over 50% control, there will never be an issue with a CEO having to give up assets without actually selling the company and the assets to someone else. I don't know how else to explain it to you. Skip |
