Over the last 5 days, SLCapEx has had over L$225,000 in activity. That's an average of over L$45,000 a day! We are headed in the right direction, and I sincerely would like to thank all the new people that have joined up and placed their trust in us, as well as all the "old-timers" that seem to be coming back and believing again.

Also, please note that I expect to pay a small dividend in February. Much of the startup costs I am going to carry as company debt for now, and pay it down over time. This will help provide a monthly difvidend to all investors that own shares in CAPX.

There will be many exciting announcements over the next few weeks. Big things are happening here, so buckle up - it's going to be a fun ride this time :-)

I know it's been a long road, but I am keeping my promise to you: there will be light at the end of the tunnel for VPAY. I will be making a major announcement February 1st regarding the status of VPAY. We still have a long way to go, but I think we can still move forward at this point.

Dear APX Shareholders:

Gumby Roffo has informed me that by this weekend he intends to give me the objects in question with copy/mod/transfer rights. At this time, if there is no objection, I will transfer these objects to Cash Yiyuan who is the temporary CEO. He will take these objects and do whatever is necessary to start generating income again.

Also Cash, I think you should do something to become permanent CEO of this company if that is your intention. If not, a new CEO needs to be elected. Please keep us informed.

Finally, if anyone objects to this, please post here or e-mail me at nyrounder@aol.com so it can be discussed before I transfer the objects to Cash. I want to try and move forward as quickly as possible on this. Thank you.

"Monotony lethargic" pretty much sums it all up :-) I assure you my announcement will not to be to "spice up the game" but to show investors that help is on the way. Thanks for your input.

Woah woah woah - hold on there Alain. I don't own a single share in this company. I think you read the wrong company stock list.

I am doing this to try and help everyone involved, as CEO of the exchange that this company is listed on. As I stated previously, I'm the new guy getting involved after literally years of history here, and I'm just trying to fix this as quickly as possible so we can all get along with our projects.

After I get the objects in question and give them to Cash, I hope all matters can be handled internally by APX shareholders. Thanks.
