I require people to enter Help Tickets because I would like to have a record of the transfer requests, since I'm not able to do automatic transactions through the software. At this time I would prefer that people use IM's within Second Life if they wish to communicate other than the Forums. Thanks.

Fashion and Gadgets (FAG) Delisted
The Capital Exchange Regulatory Commission has voted to delist Fashion and Gadgets (FAG) from Capital Exchange. The company will be immediately delisted.

Fashion and Gadgets CEO Lucky Raymaker has been unresponsive since requesting to be relisted at Capital Exchange after being at the International Stock Exchange, and has missed two required Quarterly Financial Statements. In addition, she has refused to post any company news, or communicate with CapEx Management or shareholders. CEO's like this should be ashamed and embarassed of this kind of unethical behavior.

Note that the stock and IPO Linden liability is still upon Lucky Raymaker even though the company is delisted. Fashion and Gadgets shareholders should contact Lucky Raymaker directly for further information. Thank you.

Ms. Merlin:

Fixed dividend bonds violate Linden Lab's Terms of Service. According to Linden Lab's Terms of Service, we cannot pay any guaranteed/fixed type of interest or return. Paying a regular dividend on a fixed date as you suggest above could be interpreted as a fixed guaranteed payment.

We have the "manual" system the way it is now because this way it's considered a random, non-guaranteed dividend. I do everything I can to ensure that we abide by the rules of Linden Lab, which often is a gray area. Thank you.

Just to confirm, the 1,045,000 shares controlled by Capital Exchange will be voted to abstain, and I will not be attending the shareholders meeting.
