| Can someone update me as to why INC is still trading after I dumped all my stocks based on there Jan 11th breifeing and I quote a exctract from it "IN THE EVENT THAT WE DO NOT RECIEVE A FIRM ANSWER FROM LINDEN LABS REGARDING THE POLICY'S IMPACT ON THE STOCK EXCHANGES......Effective 1/20/08, Innovative Inc will cease to exist as a public entitiy." This is bull don't send out a breifing like this and don't recall it if you aren't going to go through with your plan. Thank You Neil Roffo |

lol the amount of stock I had was minsicual less than 100 if I remember and I sold them above the .31 so it wasn't me that caused the drop in price maybe the owners shouldn't have made the annoucment they did. But if it dosn't concern you that a company can declear they are closing and then don't, and without any concern to it's investors to update then as to the mater at hand, good for you. I bought the stock at above .75 and have no issue at buying it at it's current price my only issue is will it be in business after I buy it again with no new annoucments from it's board. Plus hey would it not have been a dream to close the market on it at .01 and cliam the 0.15 - 0.30 closing payout, lol I don't know when any investor in stocks haven't been greedy, personaly I am, sell me yours at at .01 lol so I can live up to my status of being a greedy investor lol |

| 515135 shares for option 3. Each director gets 1% of profits for the past month, but the payout is to be in shares (shareprice to be drawn from NAV). |

| I'm voting my 515135 shares for Neil Roffo, I was shocked to find out half of my shares are still locked 257567, as security shares from the old stock market, I demand to be on this board or my shares removed from not been able to sell, to keep this ship afloat, As it stand I should be rewarded from my previous board position up till present as I was never informed of removal from the board when the stocks were moved to this stock market |

| Alain I don't care how it is done, I'm on the board or remove my shares from been unsellable, do u have any of your shares as unsellable Alain In that case my case is closed The way I feel, I don't need a vote, because of the position and burden I carry for this company |

| I don't care if you vote for me smooth, maybe you should be at a board meeting with some of these SL characters with their cursing and Bullying. Maybe I should have been informed my shares were still held, don't you think that wouldn't have been some curtoesy to me. |

| I don't like companies controlling share prices, I would have preferred they be dumped back into the market for us people that hedge bets for those moment's like that, personally I feel very cheated at this point, also knowing that the company is manipulating the price by putting in a false bottom, feel no way this sucks Thank you Neil |
