Hello Fellow CapEx Traders,

On August 2nd I made an offer to merge KDC and it's assets into NIC.

I have received no reply, if the share holders wish to weigh in we can strike a deal and make all shareholders in KDC whole again.

I have been crunching some numbers here and it's obvious that your distancing yourself from KDC.

I would like the shareholders not to get screwed over so I am making you a offer.

In return for the KDC portfolio worth today aprox 24.7k lindens I will offer your shareholders 1 share in NIC for every 10 shares of KDC they own.

I am doing this to give them something, which is better than what they have now. Theoretially I am paying more than I should, about 15k linden.

The transaction will be based on the 399,401 shares outstanding outside of your portfolio and the 21k shares of capex and 3,176 shares of VPAY.

Please let me know as soon as possible, I would like us to make a joint announcement on this.

I think that we should schedule a series of meetings with the heads of all the exchanges and has out a list of goals and ideas for the new SLEC to accomplish.

The reason I want the exchange management involved from the start is simple, if they all agree to join then the SLEC will work, if it is determined from the start that most will not then its a waste of out time to pursue.

I have over 1.2 Million shares of VPAY, I am willing to wait if thats what it needs to be.

If your looking for immediate returns and dividends I suggest investing in NIC ;)

Okay this is what happened - the SL folks have changed everything in their website and the account panel
etc. So the XML feed we were using no longer works.

The login interface has changed since they have incorporated XStreet-SL with the secondlife account management and the account download XML interface has also changed. The deposit reconciliation script needs to be rewritten to make this work again.

We are rewritting it as fast as we can.
