Did you read the final part that you posted where Bogart agreed with my position?

What does that tell you about your judgement?

I DO NOT WANT TO RUN POW

How many times to you want me to say it? 50? 100?

You can take the 10k that I deposited and shove it up your ass.

I am looking out for the interests of EVERYONE, not POW or Fund investors alone.

Your a bad CEO, you admit that you comingeled POW and Fund investments. It took 2 seperate audits at CapEx's expense to untangle most of it and yet you still do not disclose where the money is.

If anyone is guilty it is you, your guilty of non-action and blaming everyone but yourself for the situation that POW is in.

Get a grip on reality, do what needs to be done to get POW back ontrack for the sake of the investors and stop with the BS.

Shareholder meetings today, come down and give your opinions.

The meetings will be as follows: From 12PM SLT until 3PM today, from 4 til' 7PM SLT today and From 3AM til' 6AM tomorrow morning SLT. They will all be held at The Ginny Business Center Confer, Ginny (223, 65, 24). This location is where MNM had there TV show opening last month.

The topics will be Board of Directors and CEO voting and then the delisting issue and where to go from here.

With over 51% of the Vote the following have been elected to the Board of Directors

Sully Okelly
Raymond Izumi
Dezmond Martinek
Natty Capalini
Freddy Beachey

The Board of Directors met, with a 60% majority vote Sully Okelly was appointed to the position of CEO

Sully has accepted the position

I HATE when people talk about IPO pricing not holding value. Any IPO that doesn't hold it's value was priced wrong, period.
DCTY was IPO'd at 1L per share, look at it's historical price.
Before any of you start on me about tooting the horn of DCTY let me say that I also own 800k shares of MNM

This has become a broken record.

I encourage Sky Fund Account Holders to tell Sky to step down from the fund and put someone responsive in place.
