| Hi Glaznah, First I would like to congratulate you on a fantastic service, as an advertiser and a player, I can appreciate both aspects of the game. However as an advertiser and a player, I am somewhat dismayed in some kind of penalization happening at least to myself on a regular basis, as well as others I'm sure and this concerns me a bit. Previously these penalizations would be for only a few minutes, but today I was slapped with a 24 hour one for no reason I can determine. All I was trying to do was play the game, but it wouldn't let me. As a player this is disappointing, because I like playing the game, and as an advertiser I'm discouraged because if this is happening to me, it must be happening to other players as well, which reduces the effectiveness of the whole system. Is this a bug, and if so, is it being worked on? I have looked through all material on the Dragons and Princesses website and could not find any information about there being any kind of time restrictions per player or number of games played in a given time period so I'm a little in the dark here. I would also like to note the price increase for advertisers has not been amended on the site as well ;) Again, I congratulate you on your great service to the SL community by releasing this great product, just pointing out some things I've noticed I think need to be addressed. I will continue to play it (when I'm allowed...) and recommend others to as well ;) Thanks Almond |
