Like always I'm going to both agree and disagree with something someone says about a SA product - I sit on fences for a living! ;)

Before entering the debate I'd like to qualify things with a little math:

10L@60% = 80 Scrap Coin Clicks

That's a lot of visitors (and time spent) to your land - and a hell of a lot more than you would get with any other product on the market.

However, I do understand what you say about a perception that prices are too steep. We are in the process of a price discovery currently and that process will stop when we find the optimum target price. We are also planning on releasing even lower tax coins. I estimate we should reach a stable price in a month or so perhaps.

Coersion? Sorry I call that good business:

Ipads cost £500, but probably cost £20 to make.... ;)

Right now were busy rolling out SA satellite stores in tons of locations across second life

- MAINSTORE HQ in Business Park about to be built
- Tier 2 Mainstores in parcels all over the grid
- Satellite stores in top sims all over the grid

Lindenhunt is being advertise at all these locations+ 100s of fixed adboards

It's not just you - lands are growing quickly.

We anticipated this would happen. You see there's a critical mass whereby the game advertises itself through all the lands its in.

Originally the business park sim was where everyone learned about the game. Now it is in 200+ sims with almost 5000 players. Pretty soon we expect even faster growth and we have released 50% tax coins onto the market too to help with this.

4 main themes to bear in mind as a shareholder:

1) Lindenhunt is now paying the tier for Business Park and then some. Profits are accelerating at quite a pace. BP is also generating its own income and that is also accelerating. BP tier is only reason dividends can't feed through yet...

2) BP has some initial debts that would be expected to let a new sim get off the ground. This may take a month or so to cover and regain our cash reserves.

3) Mystery third product that me and wili are designing currently. Think viral, think advertising markets, think making flat adboards totally obsolete going forward.

4) SA profits are enjoying some organic growth.

PROFITS FORECAST

Here's my forecast to shareholders as a non-executive director and major shareholder myself:

Short term expect small dividend growth. 1mo

Then expect perhaps sudden 100%+; increase in dividend 2-4mo as our cash flow recovers, new product lines such as LH, BP and the mystery new product mature....

Very good point you made sparhawke - I don't know what people expected in the first place.

They made a massive investment in SA (which will bear fruit). It's given us flexibility to develop new product lines that are making good profits.

But....what investment ever gives an instant return...

The thing about copying ideas is that you're always 1 step behind the competition, and generally the competition already has a foothold on the market.

As you will learn, at SA were constantly thinking up the latest big products.

Me and wili's approach is one of 'rapid product development' and I do understand how sometimes that can unnerve shareholders. However, in a small economy like SL you need to diversify your product range constantly to reach that 1,000,000L dividend ;)

Actually, that's a key reason why we created the business park. It gives us security and a place to market all our product ranges and brands under one roof so to speak. And also a place for business allies to share in that security and traffic.

Just a little update:

We are now selling 50%, 60%, 70% tax packs on marketplace. They are starting to fly off the shelves at 1500L$ each......

So, if I mentioned our new revolutionary product that we are in the final stages of developing it wouldn't be the right time right? You know, what with shares almost breaking to 3L? ;)
