| I don't have questions about the believe Mr. Clip has been showing on his company worth. But I have questions about these being called "price breakers". I could put my money on "ADS will never be halted" withe these kind "breakers". And I thought a 200% up price breaker was too much. But I'm just a recent micro investor using the money I can afford to lose. Of course, I need to say that I also believe this will not happen with the money I put on ADS. |

| Sorry about my ignorance but, is it possible to borrow shares to do short selling on SLCapEx? Not that I'm thinking on doing it, on the contrary. I will take what I can if some one does it with this stock. Just curious. |

| Yes, manipulating the market is not only possible but also very easy. I have seen a share price rising a considerable percentage and the volume transacted was 1 single share. The price raised and everyone is happy. Making profit is also possible and desirable and can not be call what is not, short selling. I will wait for someone to clarify me better. |

| Just question. Have your Dividend policy changed? Because, you just posted a dividend and are already scheduling another for fist week of September? "The next dividend and the Company's first monthly financial statement since the IPO is planned for the first week of September. This is our first dividend, so thanks for understandind if we do some mistake." Have you started your quarterly or so regular dividend payment promised for 6 months from now? This sounds like a monthly dividend. Or less. "Dividend Policy If we follow the sales plan shown before we will be able to pay the first dividend to our investors after 6 months. After this we want to pay a dividend each 3 or 4 months,..." Or is this an extraordinary dividend? As will be the announced September dividend? Thank you, Zed |

| I believe the flow of new capital into SLCapEx is much less than the creation of IPO's new shares. I don't have the numbers. This being true, new IPO's should be slowed, by a time limit, a waiting list and/or being more discerning. I also believe there is a big resistance with big sell orders and a small support with small buy orders, on average. Z. |
