Hey Arnaud,

I AM an INVESTOR in both MECH & YEP... as such I EXPECT them to be 100% DEAD-ON ACCURATE - not some guestimate based on a flawed methodology dreamed up by three guys at a kitchen table in Central California...

We STANDARDIZED on the GAAP Format for a REASON. When they are accurate we'll resume trading as we've promised to do and not before.

Hey Arnaud - quick question...

How can you be GOOD AT Investing if you have NO CLUE about the valuation of the company your considering investing in?

The POINT of providing Financial Statements is NOT to appease a butthead like myself who's simply enforcing a standard (MY JOB) but rather to provide Investors and potential Investors with an accurate, transparent and verifiable Report on the Financial condition of the company.

I'm NOT really sorry we've had to resort to HALTING two companies that most of us LIKE run by people we LIKE.

But, alas, given the state of SL and the activities of our "competitors" we are left with NO CHOICE but to demonstrate that we're doing what we can to provide a fair market to potential investors... people like yourself (oh yea it WAS YOU and others) who just a few weeks ago were screaming and hollaring that SL CapEx was DOING NOTHING to ENFORCE REPORTING... well now you have the enforcement you asked for.

Yes, it's a shame it came down to Ima, Danielz and Yellow... unfortunately they've had just as much time as anyone else to prepare for this day...

The MECH Financials were delivered to me last night. I will review them and discuss any questions I have with iVentures this evening - assuming all are in order MECH can resume trading shortly thereafter.

For the record Ivan, Cadence has never worked for SL CapEx of any of its sister companies. She is, however, a respected consultant to several companies listed on SL CapEx. Regardless of MNM's current shareprice I anticipate it will provide a handsome return for those that invested long term.

If you bought MNM as a Daytrade play versus a longterm investment then you've earned exactly what you deserve.

Those that have investigated the MNM value proposition have always understood that it was/is and will be a high risk, large capital, long-term opportunity.

I confirmed with Daniel last night that I have received his (and MECH's) Financials and will review this evening. Assuming all is in order then YEP (and MECH) can return to active trading.

Danielz... on quick review, you might want to specify how many shares are issued and outstanding in the Shareholder Equity portion of the Balance Sheet (and the valuation methodology used to calculate them - ie; PAR Value or IPO price) - on first look that is appearing to be missing.

Potential shareholders should not have to go hunting elsewhere to find that data.

Heya Strong,

The Insiders HAVEN'T sold their shares (nor have the pre-IPO investors)... by prior agreement with MNM each of those investors are/were required to hold their shares for 6 months minimum if I remember correctly.

So from what I can see the people that have lost money are those that bought as a speculative "quick flip" GAMBLE with no long term outlook for MNM.

I am a shareholder in MNM - no conflict in expressing my personal OPINION about its long term prospects... it's STILL one of the COOLEST ideas we've seen in SL so far... between it and MECH what else can we say was truly INNOVATIVE?
