Re: Dimitri, step down as CEO.

Sounds like a reasonable strategy Dimitri. Until such plan is posted and ratified by the XXX Shareholders SL CapEx will continue to recognize Dimitri Gasser as Interim CEO.

Best wishes.

Re: Payouts

Very simple Jeff. 750K of the 1M was paid-out as part of the March distribution. The remaining balance, as well as Arbitrage Wise' final two payments will be paid out some time within the next two-three weeks as time permits. The Total available for distribution adds up to less than 10% of the original claim per claimant. That *is* the FINAL payment (as there are no additional Investor Allen Assets to liquidate and distribute).

Total recovery will amount to approximately 50% of the original claim per claimant.

Shaun is a good freind and a relaible and trustworthy old timer, regardless you are investing your Lindens into a blind Fund (ZERO transparency). However, I do believe Shaun legitimately earns that type of return and honors his commitments.

Re: Payouts

That's correct Don. There was NEVER an opportunity for 100% recovery - Investor Allen didn't leave sufficient assets for that - I'm feeling damn good we're getting close to 50%.

iV,

Yea... you got it wrong on both BIG & BTR as well... I personally own just 50% +1 share of each company (1,000,001 shares of each).

Tthe remaining shares held by my avatar are attributable as either Treasury Shares or Investment Shares belonging to one of several Funds I manage on behalf of others.

This information is published at least once per month as part of my regular disclosure (usually just prior to month-end).

I also would like to better understand how you factored the Book Value for each company as I have come up with different valuations than you have.

Nice first effort nonetheless.

Actually Ise, I don't ever recall RECOMMENDING it or ANY OTHER Stock.

Generally, I don't make recommendations as a rule, so if you can find where i did that in print I'd love to see it. I did say that I know Shaun fairly well and believe he's a straight shooter.

I've NOT invested in MIF due to the lack of transparency and have talked at length with Shaun about that.

Re: SL CAPEX Listed Companies Information (Greater Transparency&

iV,

Why would you REMOVE SLW?

Also, you still have an error on BIG & BTR. The column labeled Private Investment Funds is completely misleading. They are simply Common shares held in the name of a Private Investment Fund and need not be accounted for any differently than any other publicly held common share.

Re: SL CAPEX Listed Companies Information (Greater Transparency&

iV,

SLW hasNOTHING to do with JTIC in reality. One is a COMPANY (SLW) <albeit with a huge debtload), the other (JTIC) is a TERM Investment Certificate offered by the former JT Financial that has not yet reached maturity. I can understand not listing JTIC but SLW should be valued just like the other listed companies - (it DOES have substantial assets (SL CapEx Sweep Acct Deposits and ALL the software).
