Capital Exchange » CAPX : SL CapEx Policy - Abandoned Accounts - 06/10/2010 Re: SL CapEx Policy - Abandoned Accounts - 06/10/2010 |

| Before you put any policy like this into action you should inform accountholders. Since this is put into action already its too late. But better late then never. You should add to the policy, in what time account should be restored. And also SCAPEX should send a notecard or inform account holder in other proper way that their account is put into dormant. And how assets will be treated. And what assets will be confiscated in detail. |

| Referring to abandoned accounts in Vpay http://www.slcapex.com/forums/topic/VPAY/2904 My friend have 14/6 sent Scott Nestler a notecard wich says as follows: "Hi Scott, I have an account on SLCAPEX after the bank changed the lindens(68K) into stocks. But last time i logged in it looked something is wrong. Can you pls restore my account and give me back my assets? I hope you understand me cos i am dutch and i have some difficultys in finding the words in usa language. But i would like to hear from you whats is wrong. Greetings Eternity Hawks" So far she hasnt got any reply. I suppose Scott is on a busnessjournay. Would someone in charge restore her account please . I suggest you also look into why assets vary without the account has been used. As Scott wrote, abandoned account for more then 24 months puts into dormant. (im sure accountholder has logged in for less then 24 months ago) So the assets should be fixed during those 24 months . Right ? But it isnt . regards Sean |

CapEx Rules Discussion » CapEx Class B Stock Proposed Re: CapEx Class B Stock Proposed Edited by moderator Jan 14th 2012, 09:38 |

| I havent been active on this forum for years. But i have been reading once in a while. To much L lost when CEOs abandoned their sinking ship some years ago. In this matter i have to agree with Gordon and others . I cant se the point of Class B Stock. If CEOs need more money , they can do a SPO. That would be simple and easy to understand for investors. Class B stocks issued by CEO:s and wich price at buyback isnt fixed when issued, is a huge incentive for scammers or those who need a last moneyinjection before leaving the game. Dont forget, liquidity at CAPEX is verrrry low and price on stocks are verrry easy to manipulate, when buyback is close. |

CapEx Rules Discussion » CapEx Class B Stock Proposed Re: CapEx Class B Stock Proposed |
|
| Skip It was clear from the beginning. Your comments on my post give me the impression that you have made up your mind about Class B stocks. And then its more difficult to listen and understand other ppls point of view. After all, its not the companys that makes CAPEX, its the shareholders. Who also own the companys. Perhaps we also should concider if there could be a conflict of interest in this, hence CEOs might like to have easy access to money. If you are determined to enforce(is this the right word ? ) Class B on CAPEX, you should say so. And the we can discuss how they would be set up to attract investors. And what problems that might occur and how to prevent them. Better solve the issues before they appear or at least be prepared. Perhaps my wordings seems to be a bit harsh. But hey.... im swede :)) So calm down and think... then write. Thats what we all should do more often :) |

Dead Men Walk Again » Want some DMWA cheap? Re: Want some DMWA cheap? |

| Marishka I still think you are selling.... However, there is a lot more than your matehmatics to consider when investing in stocks , wether its in SL or in RL. And to consider mathematics, there is some common ways to figure out the value of a company. I dont think your math is the most common way though. I am sure you are aware that among investmentcompanys , its common to have some premium value or discounts. Leadership for a company , nav, dividents over time, historical performance, future expectations etc. Its all affects the price of companys value/shareprice. For SL one thing is important. Wich mostly isnt in any calculation of value. Thats for how long the company/fund has been prescent in SL. To advertice one stock as cheaper as another using your method, might mislead ppl to think some stocks are better/cheaper then others. I suggest you , when analyzing and give a public buyrecommendation as you did, you should do a better and thoroughly analysis wich includs everything. Or else its looks like your doing a kind of "pump and dump" strategy. regards Sean |
