MSX's website states that they have shut down due to Linden Lab's new policy. Moneyservers isn't listed on the Authorized Reseller Program list by Linden Lab yet, and I do not know if they have applied for this program. Until the MSX CEO assures everyone that the company can continue, trading will remain halted.

I didn't react to this at the time of posting, because MSX had already been halted anyway, but I don't see anything wrong with the Q1 report filed for MSX.
So, since the situation with regard to what is and what isn't allowed for third party resellers of L$ has been cleared now, maybe the trading halt for MSX can be lifted?

You can rest assured that I have been bugging the MSX CEO, since way before LL changed its TOS.
Although late, the CEO finally produced the Q1 financials and promised a dividend for Q1.
I expect that dividend to be paid, along with a dividend for the period of April 1 until the TOS change forced the company to shut down.
However, MSX can't be blamed for the TOS change, or for LL's disregard of its own rules (the 30 days).
We'll have to wait and see what assets the company has for a final liquidation dividend, but I do expect a rather steep loss for shareholders as a result of al this.

I briefly chatted with the CEO the other day. He has sent correspondence to Linden Lab asking for clarification on what is and isn't allowed under the new Terms of Service, to see if he can continue his business in some way. He told me he hasn't heard back yet. If anyone has questions, contact him in-world or e-mail as that's a more direct way to ask questions than posting something here at the moment. I hope that the MSX CEO will give everyone a full update here in the forum as soon as he has new information though.

Our rules state that listed companies must file Quarterly Financial Statements. These statements must be posted on April 20, July 20, October 20, and January 20. When a listed company CEO does not file by the cutoff date, I give a 10-day additional grace period to post the late financials. If after 30 days from the end of the reporting period a Quarterly Financial Statement still isn't filed, trading can be halted. Newly listed companies within 30 days of the filing cutoff have the option of filing the first financial in the next filing period.

The following companies have not filed a proper 1st Quarter Financial Statement as of today, and trading is halted until further notice until they properly post their Quarterly Financial Statements:

As our rules state, accounts of CEO's and company alts will be put on hold, until the trading halt for their company/companies is/are lifted. I encourage all CEO's to please post Quarterly Financial Statements as soon as possible.

In addition, our rules clearly state that Quarterly Financial Statements are for the following time periods:

1st Quarter: January 1 - March 31
2nd Quarter: April - June 30
3rd Quarter: July 1 - September 30
4th Quarter: October 1 - December 31

I have also contacted 5 listed companies that are not filing a single report for the appropriate time period above for the 1st Quarter Financial Reporting according to our rules. Companies that are doing an optional monthly report should post one for the 1st of a month to the last day of the month - not for varying time periods. This way to do their Quarterly Report, they just have to add the 3 months together. Posting reports for multiple and sometimes different time periods each time, make it impossible for shareholders to do comparison reports, and plus it doesn't satisfy our rule requirements.

I am not going to halt trading for these companies yet since they did post something for all or most of the time period, and I'm going to work with them to get a proper 1st Quarter Financial Report posted for you. If within a week the company still refuses to post a proper 1st Quarter Financial Report according to our rules, I will halt trading according to our rules until they do so. I'm sure all will fix their reports, so I will keep you posted on this.

Money exchange maybe WAS one of the most profitable businesses in SL, but not anymore. It´s dead.

No one wants take that risk anymore because of the new TOS. If Linden Labs says there are fraudulant L$ traded on the money exchange then the Accounts are suspended and all money is sized and you can do nothing against it.

Looks like good news for Q1, thank you and congrats on your success.

Couple of points that your post makes:-
Firstly, not all shareholders are affiliates so don't forget us here. News has been very spartan of late, but good luck with the messaging system.

Secondly, Whilst I understand the need to keep capital flowing, a decision to increase salary by 150% whilst at the same time cutting Div Payout by half could be interpreted by some as rather cynical. That being said the Div is still very good and assuming growth could be again after Q2.

Seems to have been a bit of a knee jerk reaction to that news, which I suppose is understandable. Even with the dividend cut the return is still quite reasonable, if not quite so sparkling. Hope someone just needed cash.

thank you for your patience. First quarter in 2013 was a good one for Moneyservers. With a continuing growing in L$ sales we have reached nearly seven million sold L$ in March.We have raised our salery to 50000L$ and we will reduce dividend to 50% of profit for next quarter! The reason for that is that we need to stock up capital.

We now have a inworld messaging system online, which will send weekly profit news to our affiliates. This system will also send messages to our customers when they bought L$ in the future.

Currently we work on more stable L$ payouts. As we have now more inworld transactions we need multible payout-scripts located on different sims (at the moment we only have one payout script).

We will pay dividend in the next days, when we have enough L$ in stock.

in January Moneyservers has sold 5.989.996 L$. That is again a new record for Moneyservers. In December we sold 5.386.680 L$. So in January we sold 603.316L$ more than in December which alraedy was the best month ever.

We are currently working on a Inworld Messaging-System to inform affiliate partners about received payments and for some payment success messages from the website to our customers inworld. The expensive renaming into "Moneyservers" is now bringing first fruits :)

financial report for quartal 4/2012 is finally posted. With the Linden Adjustment from october it is not what you have expected, I guess. I have posted about the Linden adjustment earlier in this forum. With 6.000.000L$ sold in January 2013 we are still havening a good growth. If we would not have this Linden Adjustment it would have been a good quartal.


Something about Finacial Reports: From Februar 2013 we will track revenues from every single transaction in a database. Before that i tracked everything per hand which always takes much time and also is not so accurate.

General Problem that comes with good growth:
About 65% of our customers use Paysafecard to upload funds or to buy L$ with our “Fast Buy” application. Paysafecard pays us on 15th of the following month. So in the worst case, if a customer pays with Paysafecard on the 1th of January, we receive the money on 15th of February. So with every month selling more L$, we have more outstanding payments. If we sold 300.000L$ more than last month (for example), we will have to advance these 300.000L$ on the following month. Thats one of the reasons why we do not benefit directly from good growth at the moment.

We have raised our sallery from 17kL$ to 20KL$!

Maybe i m wrong but i dont think lulli is gone....
He was one of the first people i have meet on sl when i just arrived....he had the opportunity to flood me because i was newbie....but he have choose to not flood me ...so if that was the question behind the words i personaly clearly think that the "sketchi"mr lulli is one of the most serious guy on sl i have meet till today(and i have meet 1000's avatars and some have or tried to flood me without any shame)....
So i will not tell you to be confident because lulli have all my confidence(2/3 people have my confidence on sl)....i will just say that if there is a major matter...lulli will inform his shareholders else it just means that he is working to add value to his company...

To the question"is there any hope for moneyservers?".....i have already implement the moneyservers affiliate packages to the devices that i purpose in world to help to the deployment of moneyservers on sl
Now the row thruth behind the words....the service i purpose for the moment is not a big service....but if i have implement lulli's affiliate package thats probably because i think and hope that the services i purpose /and will maybe purpose in the future will help to the moneyservers deployment on sl and also that moneyservers have a future on sl

we have changed or banking avatar (the avatar which does all payments from and to our website) from "Moneyserverz Banx" to "Moneyservers". This comes along with our name change a few month ago. Also we have a new Terminal (ATM) to deposit L$ and to complete registration. The new Termianl has a nice modern design and some small new features.

In November Moneyservers has sold 4.671.041 L$. Compared to our best month (Oktober: 4.453.880 L$) that is a growth of 4,69%.

Next step for us is to enable multible payout scripts to make payouts more relyable.

here are our sales datas for October. In October Moneyservers has sold 4.453.880 L$. That is a tiny new record for Moneyservers (the best month so far was July with 4.414.845 L$ sold). In November we sold 2.367.507 L$ so far. I will post new datas in December.

We are currently working on a Limit Order function for L$ sellers and we will update all Moneyservers Terminals next week. The update will include new functions and a new design. Also we will change our banking avatar from "Moneyserverz Banx" to "Moneyservers Resident".

Yes, I agree. It´s really hard to get a LL staff with real decision power. In this case i am pretty sure it was a hacked SL account (or stolen password with fake website). It was an old SL account. Anyway, im pretty sad about that case LL doesn´t have to do anything against it....they can charge always other people that have nothing to do with their security problem. Why should they change something if they don´t have to pay for their mistakes. The problem is that I have no other chance, i have to deal with it. It has never happened in the past that we had a chargeback from Risk-API positive avatars. In the future we will not relly on that anymore which makes the process more complicated for the user, but safer for us. Ofcourse there will never be 100% security but we learned our lesson.

For capex i see no security matter because these ppl want to get their money out, not in the game.

I wish to reply about your multiple statements regarding Capital Exchange. Capital Exchange has no influence regarding chargebacks to others here. I operate 99% independent from Linden Lab, however when large amounts of lindens are involved, I am in contact with them. For security reasons I'm not going to reveal my procedures, but I do my best to ensure chargebacks don't happen. Unfortunately there is no way to be 100% protected, due to Linden Lab's policy, so if it ever does happen I'll handle it at that time. Thank you.

in other words the financials for the 3rd quarter will look rather grim with that chargeback to LL.

I don't understand the case, but from own experience it isn't as easy anymore to be in contact with officials from LL which have decision power. And automated standard answers from their help system will not help in this situation. I wonder whether somebody here at SLCAPX has some influence to open a door for getting a more appropriate answer? It would be preferable to be a large landowner in LL to get an ear and LEM is not. so my support is limited but you will have it when it comes to such.

On the other hand, if such customer realtionship of LL becomes a standard I fear the worst for all those virtual financial markets here...;-) .. So it would be probably good to spend some time on this.

In relation to MSX, are you sure that you have reckoned the problem and that other chargebacks cannto happen anymore in the furture? Either we would have a problem here. ANd one which also might touch SLCAPEX directly. What happens if an avatar is on the radar of LL and is placing money here in CAPX? Just an example. Theoretically you can buy shares then transfere them to an alt etc...

But it is Monday so I think let's start the week with a positive attitude, where there is a problem also some solutions might exist...lol

Moneybookers/Skrill integration for Linden dollar sellers is integrated, sadly nobody used it yet.

There was a unjustified chargeback from Linden Lab of 312.000L$ from our banking avatar. This avatar had Risk-API status positive so we accepted the L$ from this avatar. I have posted a support ticket to Linden Lab but all i get back was that these L$ was fraudulent, no more explanations. We followed the Risk-API rules and still got a chargeback!

A financial Report will follow on approx. 15th October.

here is a short update on sales for July. In July Moneyservers has sold 4.414.845 L$. Compared to June (3.576.021 L$) that`s a good growth in sales. August is not so good with 1.994.504 L$ sold until 15th but still not really bad.

The payment solution Skrill/Moneybookers is now available for withdraws from the Moneyservers account. The fee is a small fixed amount of 0.49 EUR/USD and a 0,8% commission.

I have just posted the first msx financial report for 2nd Quartal 2012. First thing I have to say is that the revenue that we displayed in the dividend projection was based on false facts.

We have not subtracted the fees we pay to the payment provider like PayPal, Paysafecard, Sofortüberweisung and WebMoney. It is the fault of me and our programer. I am very sorry about this. I relied on datas i was given and did not double check.

For your info: we paid 1.298.000L$ for programing fees. This includes

Languages integration (french/spanish)
USD/GBP integration
WebMoney integration
IPN integration for PayPal payments
7 day rate history with graph
various changes in the admin area

Please note that programing fees are paid partly from the IPO money and also partly from revenue. I expect a drop of programing fees in the next quater.

in May Moneyservers has sold 3.784.736 L$. Compared to (April 2.975.998 L$) and March (3.076.871 L$) that`s a very good growth in sales. That´s 27,16% growth in sold L$ compared to April. Sadly our Users sold only about 2.800.000 L$ to Monyeyservers in May. The sell/buy balance is not good at the moment, I hope that will change soon.

Main reasons for the growth in May:
The first reason for the good growth in May is our good Google listing (see details below). The second reason is the availability of USD and GBP, although i had expected a little more. I can see that the new currencies are not used much yet. Last but not least its the new languages which are also not used much yet.

We have a excellent Google listing in Germany since about 14 days. I have done much SEO in the past :) Here are some examples:

we was busy with our name change into Moneyservers...a lot of textures and text and contacts had to be updated. We are nearly finished now and so I want to give you a update on all changes.

1. We have a new group for support and for all affiliate partners called: Moneyservers.com

Evaluation: So far we are doing quite good. April was not so good as I expected because we have implemented USD and GBP and i had expected a higher usage of these currencies. Still April was not a bad month and April does also contain spring holiday in many countries. May is doing very good till now as you can see on the chart that i have posted above. French and spanish will be available within next 2 weeks.

thank you very much for all the trust and investment. I was not sure if this large IPO is going to sell out. It was an exiting time and I will do my best to keep Moneyserverz growing into a major exchange service. We are working with the money already and some new features like GBP currency will be ready this month. I will invite all shareholders to the Moneyserverz Investors group in the next days.

I'm happy to report that only a few hours after my last post to you that the Moneyserverz Exchange (MSX) IPO would be extended until Saturday, it has totally sold out the L$2,000,000 IPO. Congratulations to MSX CEO Lulli Yip on a job well done!

For those of you good at math, you'll know that the Moneyserverz Exchange (MSX) IPO has now hit 30 days. As of right now, 84%-85% of the IPO has sold out. I am extending the IPO until Saturday, April 7th, or until the IPO sells out before then. There is a large buy planned between now and then that will probably be enough to help sell the remaining shares, so if you wish to buy now is the time.

It should be noted that L$2,000,000 is a huge IPO for Capital Exchange (around $8,000 US), and with almost L$1,700,000 sold so far and plans in place to sell it out shortly, I see no reason to give a few extra days to the company for the IPO. So one way or another post-IPO open trading will be happening by Sunday.

Also, are you planning on paying a dividend for the quarter that ends this month or will you begin next quarter?
