Our rules state that listed companies must file Quarterly Financial Statements. These statements must be posted on April 20, July 20, October 20, and January 20. When a listed company CEO does not file by the cutoff date, I give a 10-day additional grace period to post the late financials. If after 30 days from the end of the reporting period a Quarterly Financial Statement still isn't filed, trading can be halted. Newly listed companies within 30 days of the filing cutoff have the option of filing the first financial in the next filing period.

The following companies have not filed a proper 1st Quarter Financial Statement as of today, and trading is halted until further notice until they properly post their Quarterly Financial Statements:

**I encourage all shareholders to please contact the CEO's of these companies to inquire when their financials will be posted.**

As our rules state, accounts of CEO's and company alts will be put on hold, until the trading halt for their company/companies is/are lifted. I encourage all CEO's to please post Quarterly Financial Statements as soon as possible.

In addition, our rules clearly state that Quarterly Financial Statements are for the following time periods:

1st Quarter: January 1 - March 31
2nd Quarter: April - June 30
3rd Quarter: July 1 - September 30
4th Quarter: October 1 - December 31

I have also contacted 5 listed companies that are not filing a single report for the appropriate time period above for the 1st Quarter Financial Reporting according to our rules. Companies that are doing an optional monthly report should post one for the 1st of a month to the last day of the month - not for varying time periods. This way to do their Quarterly Report, they just have to add the 3 months together. Posting reports for multiple and sometimes different time periods each time, make it impossible for shareholders to do comparison reports, and plus it doesn't satisfy our rule requirements.

I am not going to halt trading for these companies yet since they did post something for all or most of the time period, and I'm going to work with them to get a proper 1st Quarter Financial Report posted for you. If within a week the company still refuses to post a proper 1st Quarter Financial Report according to our rules, I will halt trading according to our rules until they do so. I'm sure all will fix their reports, so I will keep you posted on this.

In early 2011, I was often lenient in allowing extra time to file, however I feel that giving 30 days is more than enough time for a company to file a Quarterly Financial Statement at this point. Thank you for posting the q3 financials, however, profits for July and August were already 250k, how can the q3 profit be 243k?
7k loss in September?
Plus, you report dividends as 100k, but you already paid 125k for the first 2 months of the quarter.

I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you that we are about to go public with a great new project which we believe will bring expansion and progress to out company. In the next few weeks we will be inviting a select group of SL businessmen to experience this upcoming innovation. We can't really give all the details out yet but rest assure it will be something amazing.
Our projection for this new project (combined with others) will be for the next year of an extra 3milions of dividends and an improve of the total assets for aproximatly 10millions.

Combined with this project PixeLooK.net PLK:CAPX will be rebranded simply in PixeLooK Group, with no symbol modifications.

After a good performance last month which enabled us to thank you for your support through a nice dividend we wanted to share with you an update on our operations.

The past month has been really kind to us and we are currently on track for growth and progress which will surely take us to new revenue heights in the upcoming months.
One big project we have in the works, and we are really proud of, is a major fashion event which will bring together the best design experts, photographers and professional models along with top paying advertisers. Our revenue projections for this single event alone are around 80’000L to 90’000L with which we hope to cover the usual decrease in users during the summer season.

Another big endeavor we are very excited about is a new community based project which will expand the PixeLook brand and helps us keep our business profitable throughout the last quarter of this year. Details about this project are still being worked out but we will release an update sometime next week.

Finally we have expanded our advertising plans and developed a whole new set of banners to include on our website along with an increase of eight ad spaces available for rent to the general public.

With this new expansion we hope to improve our total revenue by anadditional 80’000L per month once we are all sold out. In order to accomplish that goal we have

Dear investors,
It’s a pleasure to update you with last month financials of PLK. PLK ended Q1 2011 with a profit of 110’399 $L what leaves as with earnings of 0.01 $L per outstanding shares. The outlook in terms of business development is rather bright. We expect to consolidate on a higher level and use part of our liquidity to give it back to the shareholder in form of an extraordinary dividend.
PLK continued to produce nice revenus with 340’000 $L over the last quarter. We are reluctant to beat this figure in the next quarter and are seeking to intense our efforts via other social networks to become more independent from SL. On the revenue side we also proceeded to sell treasury shares as the free float with roughly 5% doesn’t correspond to the exigencies of CAPX. We will continue to sell these till we reach a free float of at least 20%. A third income came from punctual consultancy services in SL and RL.
On the expense sense we had our charges to pay to manage and run the PLX fashion network platform and we experimented with the dividend over 100000 $L which we split into 5 parts, distributed in a periodic time interval. A test which didn’t gave the results we had expected and we will not repeat it anymore.
The resulting profit of 110’399 $L equals an earning per share of 0.01 $L.
The board of directors (BOD) decided to pay a regular dividend of 105’000 $L. Our goodwill might seem highly evaluated we think that the value is defendable as PLK really start to become a well-known brand within virtual worlds. The dividend will be paid out soon just watch out for our announcement in the coming days.

we would like to go into further detail of our PLK:SLC strategy and give some additional information. We estimate that PLK has an actual NAV (net asset value) of 0.6 $L per share and an EPS (earnings per share) of 0.08 $L.

A) Assets

Estimated value of assets: 6’410’000 $L

Tangible assets: (= 1’310’000 $L)
- 2 mio shares in PLK:SLC, estimatesd at 0.46 $L /share = 920’000 $L
- 390’000 $L cash $L

Intangible assests: (= 5.1 mio $L)
- 2500 subscribed users (1200 active), estimated value = 600’000 $L
- Brand value and position in major search engines (Google) = 1’500’000 $L
- Goodwill: Know-how and reputation both in RL and SL to develop and run a web based fashion network. This includes further development potential among Italian RL fashion companies, designers and associations in regard of marketing and advertising in the platform. Right now www.pixelook.net is the only fashion network in the web of similar size we know. Estimated value = 3’000’000 $L


B) Liabilities

Equity captial 10’000’000 outstanding PLK shares. Nominative value 1$L

C) Revenues

Revenus are generated through banner marketing. Right now we achieve revenues of 130’000 $L per month with steadily increasing tendency.

D) Expenses

Expenses are mostly server costs of 100 EUR /month which result in a net profit of 80’000 $L per month.

E) Dividends
Standard policy for PLK:SLC for dividends:
The decision to distribute dividends is in the entire competence of the BOD.
The objective is to distribute 50% of net profit. The other 50% will be reinvested.
Dividends will be paid quarterly. However, the BOD can decide to retain dividends to secure the financial health of the company and to protect its investors.

Special dividends :
We reserve us the right to distribute special dividends on top of the standard ones if the business is permitting it. Such dividends can be distributed at any time .

F) Selling/trading policy of own shares
PLK foresees to have a free float in his shares of at least 20%. That means that we have to sell approximately 15% of our treasury shares to interested investors.
PLK will make sure that the share price will stay in a healthy range which permits us to sell the surplus in our shares for fair prices. In order to do this and in addition to the TOS of SLCapex, in which we fully integrate, we will :
place buy and sell orders accordingly
avoid to trade with own (BOD) shares
infirm adequately and in advance of any major event which could influence the share price
