Our rules state that listed companies must file Quarterly Financial Statements. These statements must be posted on April 20, July 20, October 20, and January 20. When a listed company CEO does not file by the cutoff date, I give a 10-day additional grace period to post the late financials. If after 30 days from the end of the reporting period a Quarterly Financial Statement still isn't filed, trading can be halted. Newly listed companies within 30 days of the filing cutoff have the option of filing the first financial in the next filing period.

The following companies have not filed a proper 1st Quarter Financial Statement as of today, and trading is halted until further notice until they properly post their Quarterly Financial Statements:

As our rules state, accounts of CEO's and company alts will be put on hold, until the trading halt for their company/companies is/are lifted. I encourage all CEO's to please post Quarterly Financial Statements as soon as possible.

In addition, our rules clearly state that Quarterly Financial Statements are for the following time periods:

1st Quarter: January 1 - March 31
2nd Quarter: April - June 30
3rd Quarter: July 1 - September 30
4th Quarter: October 1 - December 31

I have also contacted 5 listed companies that are not filing a single report for the appropriate time period above for the 1st Quarter Financial Reporting according to our rules. Companies that are doing an optional monthly report should post one for the 1st of a month to the last day of the month - not for varying time periods. This way to do their Quarterly Report, they just have to add the 3 months together. Posting reports for multiple and sometimes different time periods each time, make it impossible for shareholders to do comparison reports, and plus it doesn't satisfy our rule requirements.

I am not going to halt trading for these companies yet since they did post something for all or most of the time period, and I'm going to work with them to get a proper 1st Quarter Financial Report posted for you. If within a week the company still refuses to post a proper 1st Quarter Financial Report according to our rules, I will halt trading according to our rules until they do so. I'm sure all will fix their reports, so I will keep you posted on this.

For now we have released the EVO*Technics - CTP50 Tipjar w/ Picture 1.0 for L$300 a pack.
Its a tipjar with low Lag, low prims and with alot of simple management functions.
There is alot of tipjars in SL but the EVO*Technics - CTP50 Tipjar w/ Picture 1.0 is at the technical level of the SHX tipjars on functions, but being alot more Fast and lagless.

To celebrate our return and relaunch of our products to SL we have hosted a fishing contests in our HUB-Store, and gess what?
The star of the Event was our new EVO*Lockboxes with the participants jumping arround to catch our gold and silver boxes.

They worked so good that we have decided to turn it into a trafic booster product to other shops and sims, its a fun game and we will give the possiblity to use prizes made by EVO or custom prizes made by the them or even use both prize system in their areas!

Most of our products and consumables are awarded in those boxes, and the game will evolve as more ideas are proposed to our creators team!

Updates:
The aquarium will now be easy to use just drag and drop your GO*Fishes near one of your aquariums and the fish will self activate.

The chances to get a BREED fish insted of a WILD fish have raised to 30% of the catchs insted the regular 20%

The deliver and the Fishing bags: As requested by manny customers we now inclued a box when u recive your BREED fish, this allows u to have a "box" of the fish u breeded so its easy to sell this box also prevents the fish for being activate before you open the bag, so u can collect and display your newborns in a low prim system that also shows what fish is stored inside.

The Rod: we have been adding new feactures to the rod but expect a change on the rod fishing animations in the next days.

The Fishing Area Kit: Nothing new in the area kit exept we took the regular vendors out and we will be sending the new EVO*GO Fishin' Vendor Rev.4 with it.

I personally don't think EVO CEO needs any paternalist advice, really. Nor shareholders, who appear, at least one, need it and can get the information before coming to a public forum, in the company's site.

I was invited to be EVO staff just before EVO CEO started becoming overloaded with REAL LIFE work and the first land where EVO headquarters was, disappeared overnight. As a side note, EVO was the only thing beating in that all dead land.

Even under the told RL conditions, EVO came back in a new land in a much stronger position and with better qualified staff. But guess what? The land disappeared overnight again. The all company, assets and systems where once again all in the Lost and Found folder. I'm propably a first hand witness of these land disappearance events. Pretty common in SL nowadays.

Even so, EVO is coming back once again. I wonder how many CEO's would take all this and coming back. I can hear some handing in companies lately or simply and apparently not coming back.

I don't think I would be concerned with costumers and users as CEO EVO is, and bringing the company back again almost single handed, doing all sort of tasks this kind of company demands, if this happenned to me and my company.

Beside being staff I'm shareholder too and I know my benfits will come by a drag effect if this kind of preserverance stands.

As most of you know we ware away from SL a big part of this year, mostly becouse or work related issues, we are working to find a team that can support and create new products for EVO in the mean time we decided to relaunch the EVO*Arborea Plants as we are working on changes made to the code of our products, we hope to bring the other products online as soon as possible.
In other news we welcome Ju Lomes as our Comercial Director, Ju is an experience business person with her own business in SL. Ju Lomes will be in charge of all sales and marketing plataforms, leaving for MDBZGT Ansar the position of Support Director, so any issue you encounter with our products can be resolved with him.

Our rules state that listed companies must file Quarterly Financial Statements. These statements must be posted on April 20, July 20, October 20, and January 20. When a listed company CEO does not file by the cutoff date, I give a 10-day additional grace period to post the late financials. If after 30 days from the end of the reporting period a Quarterly Financial Statement still isn't filed, trading will be halted.

In early 2011, I was often lenient in allowing extra time to file, however I feel that giving 30 days is more than enough time for a company to file a Quarterly Financial Statement at this point. Newly listed companies within 30 days of the filing cutoff have the option of filing the first financial in the next filing period.

The following companies have not filed 3rd Quarter Financial Statements as of today, and trading is halted until further notice until they properly post their Quarterly Financial Statements:

FAQ:

How long will they live?

They can live up to 50 days, after that the Arborea Plant turns decorative, will show its name when touched and will have "DECO" tagged, the decorative plants will live eternally without the need of care or water and you can plant them in a custom vase you wish.


Do the Arborea Plants reproduce?

Your plants will have seeds each 4 days, but they also need 4 days to mature from seed to adult, with these. Only the female Plants will give seeds and that make them more special and rare!


What happens when my Arborea Plant dies?

Your plant can only die for lack of water in the vase, so don't let the vase to dry, use EVO*Arborea Water Bottles to keep your vase moist and your plant happy.


Are there different plants can to breed?

A lot, for the moment over 200 plants can be collected. There are also special awards and season plants you can collect that are extremely rare!


What's the Stats about?

The stats represent what is going on with your Plant.
Name (Status) (Version) - Specimen name of your Plant
Type: Male or Female - we implemented sex in the game to make it more dynamic.
Age: Number of days of your Plant.
Nutrients: Percentage of nutrients on your plant, if it drops under 20% the plant will start to decay.
Health: Percentage Health of the plant, when at 0% your plant will died.
Seeds: Percentage needed to release a Seed.
ATTENTION: Seeds can't be picked up to inventory and re-rezzed, so don't pick up your seeds!
Just touch them to receive a new plant.

Were i can get support?
EVO*Arborea is an EVO Product and till we have a large amount of new customers in this project all support will be given at Mystic Creatures - Breeding Pets Group in SL or by our Ticket System, also we will answer every question you post in the forum.

Can i have 2 plants in one vase?
Of course you can, but we designed the vase to work with 1 plant, so move your plants arround the vase to make a good flower arrangement.

EVO*Arborea - Vase 1.0 - The Vase is the most important item for your plant, acts as feeder and controller base. Theres 3 different sizes to play.
You can water the vase with EVO*Arborea Water Bottles, just rezz a bottle near your vase, touch the bottle to activate and touch the vase you wish to water.

EVO*Arborea - Water Bottle 1.0 - Just rezz a bottle near your vase, touch the bottle to activate and touch the vase you wish to water.

EVO*Arborea - Plant Box 1.0 - Starting boxes that give you a random plant of that series when you touch it

STARTING - The easy way to start your EVO*Arborea Plants.

1st - Rezz a Vase. Relocate it in the final place.

2nd - Rezz your water bottle near the vase. Touch the water bottle and touch the vase for water it.

3rd - Rezz a Plant Box and touch it to receive a random plant of the series you are using, plants will be random females and males, so if you get all your plants males or females, try to trade them for other sex in the Support group. After touching this object you will receive an Un-boxed Plant so just rezz it near the vase and it will relocate in its proper place, the used box will disappear after use.

And its all set!
Optional: If you have planted a female in a vase, you will get seeds very soon, the seeds are physical objects so they can be found under the vase.
To organize your produced seeds we designed a seed catcher, it can be activated by touching the vase and using the Seed-Catcher Button. This will rezz a seed catcher in your vase, now the seeds will drop there when you got new ones!

EVO is in charge of the geneal admin of the SIMs, as long as the plataform to their business like servers, office land management, we also provide building and scripting services to the land renters that ask for it.

Theres only a phew expenses for EVO regarding the HQ placement and mainshops, with this agreement EVO as half of the SIM to use as its need for our business methode, EVO is producing products in diferent areas that goes from fishing, breeding to sci-fi games and products, we also very inside marine and sealife designe... And with that is almost impossible to gather all our vendors and products in a single shop.

Theres over 12 areas in the island dedicated to numerous EVO Products and services.

Greetings Shareholders and fellow investors, its with great pleasure that i, in name of EVO Breeding CO. invite you to visit our new instalations in the Island of Vitae, this is a joined project with Vitae Land Rentals that will work under EVO.
EVO business in SL as been suspended since January of this Year as i was unable to log in for RL professional issues, we turn that coming back more strong than ever. The coming back brings alot of new changes to EVO and i have typed them down for your information.

1.We ended with the Teams Projects that ware withdrawing ressources and competing with each others for funds, from now on all products are are scripted and builded by the EVO Staff.

2.No more temporary or co-scripters, to prevent no-show scripters that leave the projects in the middle, we have scripted a new set of breedable scripts that we will be using in our products and wich i personaly know well so we will not neet to wait for the scripters come online to fix bugs.

3.Joint projects with other companies are not going to be persued by EVO anymore for the negative experiences we had on the past.

4.Security and Servers are now only operated by the CEO, me and our tech consultor.

5.Product Projects will be keep in secret to prevent low scruplous creators from copy and flushing our ideas.

With all this new changes we hope to provide a better service to our customers and better products, for the moment only the EVO*SCI-Trek Sci-fi Hud Game is on sale, all other breedables and games have been withdraw for rescripting with the new scripts we have made. EVO*SeaSpheres is the next Breedable Game to be launched and you can already see some demos at our mainstore.

The Vitae Island

Its a marine paradize, we turned this SIM into a hudge enterteiment area, here you can scuba dive in our reefs, play beach games, windsurf among others! Dont forget to check out the 3 diferent fishing games we have on the sim, 7Seas, NeoRealms Fishing and GO Fishin' this last one from EVO.
The Vitae Island is also the home of the *LGA* Customs for 7seas, were you can adquire your Custom Prize Givers with our prizes to your 7Seas Fishing Area.

In the moment im out of town on work for the Portuguese F.M. (gov) on acount of updates to their informatic system so im a bit away and with out no time for SL, i will return to my home town afther this weekend and i will update slcapex with the latests info, related to our website links, we used sl world servers for registering and updates from the products with our online servers as the sim were my shop was, had been sold and all my items returned with out notify i will be needing to rerez the items in the new sim already avaliable for EVO. So thats why flash banner and images are not showing.

We will return to scripting and launch new products during the year besides the setbacks, EVO as passed throw worse and we continued so its not a big thing.

On other news the Shoutcast Stream Server and retail scripts are being redone to be a Stream System that customers can buy, set up in their own servers and sell their own streams insted of renting us. This is a big pack with all that is needed to creat their own Stream Renting/Sales Business, with API for customers and Admin control for owners.

Related to dividends, with out the hippo and marketplace servers active sale are not being made this month but as we also need to change the adresses of the products for the new sim, it will be made when im avaliable at SL, so dividends are being low but im entering the 100% of sales as dividends.

Financial Reports will be posted as soon as i arrive home.

Drops on Sales is well explained with the low market we live in at the moment, our Breedable Items ware the ones that made most of our revenues, theres also manny ppl working with breedables at the moment so i belive EVO will not invest in newer Breedable Projects sooner, we will work with the ones that we have, our Main Pet the Sliggets are being rescripted by a new team of scripters and since we found so manny bugs related to latest SL changes we decided to make a full new engine for the Sliggets, this is a comunity civilization pet so its more than breeding and i belive our customer will carry on with the new version. (all current customers will recive a new version of their pets free of charges and food used in the 1.4 version.)

But we have more than breedable pets in our ranks and EVO is working to the final release of SCI-Trek the game with all add ons that we ware asked to creat by the customers.

Related to Streams, the EVO-Streams project as been halted, still we converting the system to be a instalation pack for companies and users that need a simple solution for streaming retail. We are making a big investiment in this API so we can better supply this services.

The GO'Fishing Game and Breedable Fishes also droped sales i have to say Capex is realy great for investiments but we will keep this kind of projects secret in the future so no one makes the same project for free... But this are things that happen and we are not catch offguard the GO Scripting Team is also bringing new add ons for the fishing game that can attract new customers.

This are the projects we have halted for redone, the EVO*Hammies, the LGA CPGS and the SCI-Trek game had new customers but i can say January was a death month.

This all to say that we are alive and working with plans for expantion, in the moment i can say as CEO that this is not the best moments for our market but we have ideas and staff to work arround.

I also have been spended more than we are taking lately, most of my own money we have manny lindens invested in the current projects and i want to keep this products moving so we can get back on track.

A CEO must be honest and i allways ansered to any question about EVO and its work, but im also a strong CEO with market experience and alot of diferent projects to follow, its in this times that we see who "plays" and who realy work.

sounds all a bit personal, possibly with reasons and possibly without... I simply can not judge.

However, I wonder about something else. In the 3Q11 financial report you - KhrysT - are talking of some 400k revenues...

In the 4Q11 report which in fact also covers January 2012, the revenues are down to some 27'000 $L.

so how do you explain this, was EVO dormant during the whole 4Q11? Then such would be important to know. Also if the revenus in January 2012 were 27'000 $L that makes some 90'000 $L for the 1Q12 or almost for times less as during 2Q11.

I'm willing to belive you that your products are great and that you have a lot of projects in your pipeline. However, with such figures and a lost last quarter in 2011 it will be extremely hard to catch up. How can you convice potential shareholders or the existing ones to stey tuned rather then alert... ;-) ... but possibly i misunderstand something.

What is SHOUTcast Streaming?

Shoutcast is a streaming protocole used to stream music from your computer to a website or to SL.
The shoutcast system works with 3 plataforms, Client (your computer sending music to a server) Shoutcast Server (a stable applications that takes your music to the listeners) and finaly the Listeners that will listen your music when played by the Stream.

Shoutcast is a well know streaming protocole for streaming MP3.

What EVO is doing is to release our comproved working system along with all APIs and scripts for creat a Shoutcast Stream Rental Service for DJs and Club owners stream their music. We manage to creat a simple to config system all automatic. All you need is to set up the system in a Webhost and put the stream register objects on sale, customers will get the streams data at a vendor that are copy/transfer so you can sell streams all over the Grid.

This note will give you the basics on how to start breeding your own EVO*Hammies Squirrel or Hamster.

Q: What age will my pet start Breeding?
A: Your Hamster or Squirrel from EVO*Hammies will take 5 days to achive adulthood, they reproduce once in 5 days and can have from 1 to 3 babys per litter.

Q: How do i assemble my cage?
A: EVO*HammieTrail Cages are easy to set up if you follow the right order; first you shall rezz the "EVO*Hammietrail - Living Habitat 1.0", position and rotate it as you wish the follow objects will aligne with the Living Habitat, afther this rezz your Tubes or object near the "EVO*Hammietrail - Living Habitat 1.0" to get aligned and position/rotate the parts to build your cage

Q: Will my Pets die?
A: Your Hammie will live from 60 to 90 days depending on the conditions you keep them, If they die you will see a RED hovertext dead statment over their heads.

Q: What is needed for my EVO*Hammy to breed?
A: A full equipped cage with a nest.
The nests are very important, they last for 20 littlers, after this the Cheewable Nest will dissapear. If you dont wish to breed or wish to pause the breeding process simple take out the EVO*Hammies - Nest

Q: What would i do if my food or water dissapears?
A: Your consumable items will be deleted after use, the water and the food bowl will last 1 week if you have 1 couple (2 Pets).
If your old feeder is gone, buy a new one and rezz near the cage.

Q:Can i set more than 1 cage?
A: Yes, keep the cages 1 metter apart to prevent any movement pushing.

Q: How manny diferent hammies is there?
A: To start you can have the Chipmunk Squirrel and the Grey Roborovski Hamster, this 2 ones will be first generations, from 3rd Generation and on you will find many more diferent species of squirrels and hammesters.

Q: What is the age you are able to breed fish?
A: Fish will begin to accumulate once the fish reaches 7 days of age. At that point it will take roughly 4 days to reach 100% love.

Q: What are the boosters purpose?
A: Fish can use booster to speed up Love, increase low health, and reduce hunger.
DON'T BE ALARMED IF YOUR PET GOES OVER OR UNDER 0/100. They reset themselves to 0 or 100 next time stats update.
If a fish becomes starved, it will eat more food then if full. If the fish reaches 100% Hunger then it will die.
If a fish has low health, it will sleep more to recover. Health plays a roll in future breedings.

Q: How does the range settings work?
A: The Range is set in Meters and is the radius of a circle with the home point as the center.
(The Radius of a circle is measured from the center to it’s edge).

Q: Why does the fish swim horizontal and not vertical?
A: The fish only swim in horizontal lines to prevent as much colliding as possible.
This also provides the user a way to create the perfect swimming enviroment.

Q: Will my fish die?
A: Fish will die once they reached their max days lived.
Commons live for 60 days, Uncommons for 60 days, Rares for 50 days, Ultra Rares for 40 days, and Super Ultra-Rares for 30 days. After this time, you can either delete the fish or send them to Korlic Gibbs for cleaning. At that time, you will receive a trophy fish.

Q: What is needed for my fish to breed?
A: Not only do you need a waiting breedable party, but the fish stats must meet the requirements.

1. Age is over 7days old
2. Love is 100%
3. Health is above 75%

Now that your fish is moving, you have the option to relocate the fish to a different level of the aquarium. To do so, touch the fish to open the menu first then(KEEP THE MENU OPEN) you right click and edit fish.(KEEP THE MENU OPEN) This will bring up 3 arrows pointing in different directions. Select the blue arrow and drag up or down. Once placed into position select settings.., Set Home. The following message will appear in chat.:

Besides catchable breedable fishes to be implemented in the GO Fishin' Game we created a new range of products to support the breedables, like aquariums, pet food and other consumables.

I remember everyone that to be a resseller of the GO System an affiliated must buy and register a GO Fishin' Game Area Kit that comes with vendors. For those that already have the kit we will be launching an update with the new vendor during today.

LGA is making Fishing Customs for 7Seas Fishing Areas at 3 Years. With more than 300 Customs, 250 Custom Rods, mini games and great themed Rods to make your 7Seas experience even better.

This year EVO as decided to give a push on Scuba Fishing for 7Seas, with colaboration of H.E.P.S. Scuba Gear, in our stand you will find Scuba Gear and Scuba FIshing Solutions. We also prepared a Scuba Diving Areas with nice peacefull sharks were you can take some photos swiming in our Reef. LGA and HEPS a new way of Fishing with 7Seas.
