EARN under-performed, and it's stock price is reflecting that.

We will see what happens next dividend time. If it's low again, the price will go lower. You guys that bought high, don't expect the price to jump up so you can sell. Although, Pump and Dump is quite common here.

You guys that bought high (3.00 L$ or over), don't hold your breath. EARN isn't going to be there any time soon.

If you want to see another Under-Performer, go and see GVC. I expect that stock to take quite a hit too.

Unless you don't understand what you read, what I wrote before makes perfect sense. A lot of people don't day trade, they are actually in this for Dividends. When a stock starts going SOUTH, they get out, the price goes down.

This is a stock market, not a historical stock price appreciation society.

Fact: EARN's Dividend dropped from approximately .052 to .03 which is a .02 drop, and we don't know if it's going to stop there. Once a company quits growing it goes to oblivion. I'm already curious to see how much it's going to drop next month. Maybe drop by .01 or more.

I have to respectfully disagree with your comments. I am looking at EARN's dividends and recent performance, and it looks extremely solid and people that buy even with a limit order should see a fantastic return. Previous results don't guarantee the same in the future of course, but I believe the CEO has made it clear that everything is fine with the company.

One of your previous comments I strongly disagree with the statement that "EARN is still falling." If one person wants to sell that drops EARN's price, that only makes it more appealing for others to buy because their monthly dividend is a powerhouse. EARN is one of the best performing stocks at Capital Exchange in regards to dividends per share, and overall the price has been quite stable.

If I may ask, why do you think EARN's price should only be L$1.50 per share? The last 12 dividends paid by EARN have been about .59L per share total. If the price purchased was L$3.00 per share a year ago, that's an annual return of 19.67%. That's an incredible return on investment, and that's using L$3.00 as a sample price. For those buying lower, it's a higher annual return of course, but I would say getting a 20% return annually on an investment is pretty awesome and not "disappointing."

I think you're being a little too hard on the stock. Just my opinion of course :-) I look forward to your reply.

EARN is still falling. The question is: Where will it stop, maybe next months Dividends will tell us.

EARN is basically oversold considering it's performance. It's really a 1.50 to 1.70 stock now. Anyone buying is just trying to keep the prices high.

The investor who dumped the shares wasn't us. We could have done at the dividend announcement as we were already in the liquidation process when the information about EARN came.

But we didn't. Now we sell small amounts of EARN (some 20'000 shares over the last 4 weeks ) because we are in liquidation and cannot yet start auctions till some procedural things are not clear in the process. As soon as this is cleared we then will go into the auction and then also the sales will stop.

So if you see sales and our position shrinking it's probably some of us. However, we have no reason to dump shares.. ;-) .. and if dumping continues I think we probably will step in again and purchase some more...

I'm sure that someone will now say it is to push up the share price...lol

Lea should answer the rumors about DMWA smuggling Zombie Avatars into IRAN to work at the nuclear facilities. If these rumors are true, the UN may sanction DMWA. Possibly restricting DMWA's position on the market place, resulting in the bottom falling out. 19.00 L$ for DMWA, whose INSANE to pay that.

The only real buyers I see are at 2.01 L$ and 2.00 L$. The others are chump change.

You don't get higher stock prices from a reputation, you get higher stock prices by how the company profits and Dividend rate. In a stock market, only money matters. Although, you can certainly sell a IPO out by reputation but that's about all.

I've posted an announcement on 22nd and explained some details on 24th. I don't think that the recent sell orders are directly connected with my wordings since there's a lot of other things happen every day. I did not stated that we are accused of fraudulent traffic (like you've mentioned at http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/EARN/7734), instead, the networks see the problems in SL traffic itself, not in EARN's activity (I state this at the same page).

We are currently working to determine the aspects which make SL traffic worse than usual, filter them and provide quality leads for our advertisers.

As a major shareholder of EARN, an owner of another business listed here at SLCAPEX, a creator of other projects in SL (both running and developing) I'm interested in higher stock prices as a reflection of my reputation. If price should continue falling down I will definitely support my venture by buying shares on the open market.

Don't be too surprised if this goes to .05 L$. Actually, I like that idea, I could buy lots more. I have confidence you will solve the problem or at least keep those bad boys under control.

I would suggest, that you come out with a Proposed Plan of Action... A list of other income that contributes to EARN dividends besides the Advertisers. Something to get confidence back.

Although you couldn't have planned better to reduce the price of EARN and buy back bunches of shares cheap, not that you actually did that.

It's the perception by the paying advertising companies that they see Fraud and won't pay, is the problem. This can spread and will continue unless there is some kind of agreeable fix.

I'm not saying EARN is a bad company or that it hasn't paid nice dividends for a long time. I'm saying that EARN has a major problem and if it isn't fixed, it will seriously impact EARN and it's dividends. Also, don't bet that the magazine will become the savior, magazines take a long time to make a profit if they ever do. I really never saw many magazines succeed in SL. Maybe there are a few.

In fact I really sold some 20'000 shares. However, I still own more than 200k ...lol... My sale is a matter of balance and has nothing to do with EARN. If you understand the scripting knowledge which is accumulated in EARN as well as the market experience you know what I mean.

If I would like to do it I still could sell all my belongings in Earn and still be even... but I don't...may be I'm crazy... or I'm not.

Honestly, just relaxe. There are other shares here which are more volatile ... like LEM, for some people we are just smoke... ;-)

EARN isn't being accused of anything involved with fraud. I had a few people contact me asking if that is what you meant, and I don't think so. What Glaznah is saying is that a few people are creating multiple avatars to get lindens from traffic, instead of just using their one avatar. EARN is a great company that still makes a great profit.

This affects Lindens4Free payments and Web Offers of Earn2Life.com. The quality of traffic from Second Life seriously reduced during the last few months and network support claims this traffic to be fraudulent, thus rejecting leads from our users. We keep trying to arrange this issue to receive the payment for recent months. Fortunately, EARN income structure does not depend solely on these revenues. We will keep developing other services to compensate the falling items.

The reason of the difference between estimate and dividends in January is the following: we have some issues receiving a recent payout from web offers networks (I've mentioned it when you asked about delay doing the dividends). This is disturbing because weboffer earnings is a serious part of the income. In few words, the subscriptions from SL has been claimed to be mostly fraud and I'm currently trying to adjust this unfair statement.

Regarding BOTS: you are right, that company has a completely different structure (and it grows in a different way). We are creators and providers of the BOTS service itself so we don't depend on 3rd parties (like advertisement networks of EARN), and this is a strength of BOTS. And this is also the reason why I'm always looking to diversify earn2life income sources.

I'm just acting like Wall Street.... I totally understand why dividends go up and down, but when something is disappointing, it's disappointing. I didn't say EARN was bad. Business is tough and you have to keep on the ball.

BOTS is sure having a run. I've been watching them and wondering when they will overtake EARN in Dividends, but I didn't expect it to happen this way. Personally, I think BOTS and EARN are oversold. Most of the other stocks are too. Paying 2.00 or 2.50 for a stock with a .007 Rate per month return is just dumb.

I really don't know how Glaz can do anything more with EARN that he hasn't already done. So, it may have peaked. Although, being a high Dividend payer and being constant as it is, is a really good record. Glaz is probably getting a good monthly income in real money from EARN and I'm sure he doesn't want to see profits go down.

There is no such thing as "Abusing" anything in a stock market. It's a reflection of RL and that's how the game is played. The end of it all is "Make Money" PERIOD.. Day Traders generally go away in the summer and the stock prices fall. That's when to buy.

The dividends depends on lots of sources. We can not control at least two factors: SL business owners activity and availability of Lindens4Free web offers to users. Thus, we develop, change, update all EARN services all the time to squeeze every cent from every tool. The magazine is just developing yet - it takes time (especially taking the delay between issues into account).

But we can't sit and rely on existing services only. For example, if Lindens4Free collapse (just an example, if this kind of web ads suffer) we will have other services developing.

We do provide a detailed breakdown towards all mentioned values during the dividends payout. Providing them during the tentative dividends announcement is interesting but won't make sense since all values change anyway.

They aren't the same. They have different revenue and expenses. The projected profit happens to be the same, and both companies have the same % payment towards dividends so that's the same as well.

I wish the CEO would provide a greater breakdown towards revenue and expenses though. This is extremely basic.

I'm publishing the EARN projected revenues today instead of Sep 22nd (the reason is below). The dividends will be paid on Oct 8th (instead of usual 4th).

I'm sorry to shift the dates this month (22nd to 27th and 4th to 8th), the reason is that I'm busy a bit resolving my personal issues, let's call them a "hospital vacation". I will be offline on October 4th-7th and proceed the payments right after returning back to work.

I hope this delay won't affect your business too much. However, if your financial activity depends on dividends payments (either EARN or BOTS), please IM me to arrange this.
