Our rules state that listed companies must file Quarterly Financial Statements. These statements must be posted on April 20, July 20, October 20, and January 20. When a listed company CEO does not file by the cutoff date, I give a 10-day additional grace period to post the late financials. If after 30 days from the end of the reporting period a Quarterly Financial Statement still isn't filed, trading can be halted. Newly listed companies within 30 days of the filing cutoff have the option of filing the first financial in the next filing period.

The following companies have not filed a proper 1st Quarter Financial Statement as of today, and trading is halted until further notice until they properly post their Quarterly Financial Statements:

**I encourage all shareholders to please contact the CEO's of these companies to inquire when their financials will be posted.**

As our rules state, accounts of CEO's and company alts will be put on hold, until the trading halt for their company/companies is/are lifted. I encourage all CEO's to please post Quarterly Financial Statements as soon as possible.

In addition, our rules clearly state that Quarterly Financial Statements are for the following time periods:

1st Quarter: January 1 - March 31
2nd Quarter: April - June 30
3rd Quarter: July 1 - September 30
4th Quarter: October 1 - December 31

I have also contacted 5 listed companies that are not filing a single report for the appropriate time period above for the 1st Quarter Financial Reporting according to our rules. Companies that are doing an optional monthly report should post one for the 1st of a month to the last day of the month - not for varying time periods. This way to do their Quarterly Report, they just have to add the 3 months together. Posting reports for multiple and sometimes different time periods each time, make it impossible for shareholders to do comparison reports, and plus it doesn't satisfy our rule requirements.

I am not going to halt trading for these companies yet since they did post something for all or most of the time period, and I'm going to work with them to get a proper 1st Quarter Financial Report posted for you. If within a week the company still refuses to post a proper 1st Quarter Financial Report according to our rules, I will halt trading according to our rules until they do so. I'm sure all will fix their reports, so I will keep you posted on this.

Our rules state that listed companies must file Quarterly Financial Statements. These statements must be posted on April 20, July 20, October 20, and January 20. When a listed company CEO does not file by the cutoff date, I give a 10-day additional grace period to post the late financials. If after 30 days from the end of the reporting period a Quarterly Financial Statement still isn't filed, trading will be halted.

In early 2011, I was often lenient in allowing extra time to file, however I feel that giving 30 days is more than enough time for a company to file a Quarterly Financial Statement at this point. Newly listed companies within 30 days of the filing cutoff have the option of filing the first financial in the next filing period.

The following companies have not filed 3rd Quarter Financial Statements as of today, and trading is halted until further notice until they properly post their Quarterly Financial Statements:

The Limit Order Bids were not that of the seller, and were placed days or weeks before the market order that triggered the sale. This is an isolated incident, and overall I think the software does an excellent job at doing things right. We'll see if we can get to the bottom of what happened - luckily the value that triggered the halt was only about 25 US cents.

It may not be logic to sell lower then a trader is willing to buy however if he likes to put in a new low to move others into sellingmode and pickup a large package himself relatively cheap this can be tactics.

I have no idea how this happened - currently limit orders cannot be placed during a trading halt, nor were they. Somehow there was a glitch and an order for 92 shares was fulfilled at .54 per share, skipping over other higher limit orders. I'm going to ask Hamncheese Omlet to investigate why this happened. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Anche SL Capex Exchange ha delle regole di base che però sono minime per il suo funzionamento, io propongo un dibattito pubblico per migiorare alcune regole, di preciso accorgimenti tecnici che sono i seguenti:

1) Un investitore quando acquista oppure vende un titolo; dovrebbe avere un limite minimo, per consentire che non si verifichi il solito sistema, che basta "1 share" venduta oppure acquistata per far alzare oppure abbassare il titolo di quella data società. Come avviene davvero, nelle borse reali.


2) Realizzare l'elenchi classificando i titoli con le varie società, per garantire una chiara visione dell'andamento generale con "% positivo e negativo "come avviene nelle borse di tutto il mondo. vedi america ....

I don't quite understand what exactly is your complaint. Prices are determined by traders, and that is how a stock exchange should be. However, I am totally against any thing that restricts a “Free Market”.

Regulation and complicated rules are very counterproductive for investors.

A CEO in my view should embrace a free market, and control their stocks with their own share support strategy,( stock buy back orders) if they think is appropriate to do so.

In my view, in the coming months a lot of funds will be readjusting their holdings, as there results look pressurized, in their dividend payments to the investors.

You can make a lot of money in a BEAR market, this just proves to me that CAPEX is a wonderful place to put your money, and is not some dead fish market.

Anyway, I had a look into your financials. Thank you very much that you give LEM your confidence in your portfolio. However, there is something I don't understand. YOu have paid 95'000 $L in dividends during last quarter.

But the tag "dividends" under liabilities is marked with 0 $L. How does that comes. From which part of the assets do we have to cut those dividends. Does it mean that you have only 315'000 $L cash or did one of your assets has got fever blisters...

Also in fact you should have 6'685'000 $L liabilities as you have had an SPO where 200'000 shares were created.

THen the liabilities would read as:

Liabilities:
ordinary Dividens 2 shareholders: 95'000
Equity captial : 6'400'000
Profit: 190'000
Total Liabilities: 6'685'000

I'm not a CPA and I know how easily things can come in disorder if you are not careful but something doesn't fit here. Were are those additional 685'000 $L which should be part of your assets?

I think it would be better to update your report or clarify it.

I am writing to inform you that the EDMOSE group SPO will soon becoming to an end and there are still some shares left with a fantastic dividend of 35,000 lindens, the prospect of growth for this company will be amazing.

The EDMOSE magazine "My Life" is looking to develop from just the Italian market to also having its own English Version and this will be headed by a native English speaking person who will over see the magazine and develop the English Version in its own right, it will have a variety of articles concentrating on SL's nightlife, information for new people in SL i.e. how to dress, how to use their viewers etc ... as well as interesting articles on various businesses in SL, it will cater for the ordinary SL person and bring information to them.

I do hope that you will consider investing in this magazine as it will be an amazing link for all investors to what is happening out in SL so all investors and CEOs can get a grasp of the SL market at anyone time to be able to invent new products and invest in those which are boths stable and growing in SL.

Also I think the advertising rates are very fair and reasonable for this market.

I also think the Edmose Group has got a great future in advertising as I love the concept of sponsoring a show I think that is extremely important in SL to get businesses known in the entertainment section as that is where a majority of people hang out.

I am really looking forward to seeing this company move forward as I think it has a place in the SL market as advertising is very important.
