I will make this crystal clear - this is not a liquidation sale. I have full faith in ADs and LLC. Both companies have diversity and innovation. I wish to free up some cash for a RL project. Nothing more, nothing less.

I am unable to offer my holdings for NIC as these shares are locked and were acquired as part of a contract.

ADs & LLC shares will not be sold unless an investor is offering the right price.

ADULT APPEAL

As in real life, the Second Life® society has the oldest profession at its base—can romance and fantasy fulfillment really be a cyber profession? Because adult entertainment, in all of its forms, comprises a very large sector of activity and financial exchange in the virtual world, the commercial substructure is vast. Also, it pushes SL technical development. No evaluation of business can be complete without examining the sector that supports amorous enactments. SL is a society first, with an economy propelled by the experimental, the emotional, and the fantasy. So, given the volume of cash flow, what business lessons can be learned from those who are not only economically prospering, but driving many advancements in technology?

• Jennifer Brennon, Luna Animations, offers premier scripted furnishings that lead the animation industry.
• Grizzly Mountain, Bukkake Bliss, has one of the oldest club venues on the grid, providing a center for romantic activity.
• Sassy Romano, "Sassy’s," retails her products for ravishment fantasy lovers, a loyal niche market.
• Pamela Galli, La Galleria, warms in a different way—as a builder and furniture designer who creates ambient atmospheres.

Each has a different corner on the romantic market: animation, venue, products, environments. Each exemplifies the entrepreneurial spirit and experience that all businesses can learn from.

Unforgettable #3 is out in Kiosks!!! http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/CLASS/7867
Explore the educational opportunities of a historical sim and venue, the benefits of a unique art gallery, an exceptional pianist’s love of virtual worlds, the devotion of a newspaper staff, and a photographic perspective into the paranormal. This issue has something for everyone!

• Take an hour to explore. Venture into Rocca Sorrentina, a fictional 18th century Italian island outside the Bay of Naples. It could be a popular vacation spot for European nobility because of its curative waters, and a stop on the European Grand Tour, according to Sere Timeless, an educational tour
guide. Capability Todd Elswit built the sim as one of the “Royal Courts” regions of SL.

• Join Sita Writer as she experiences the Weimar era through the role-play libertine city of Berlin. Sonatta Morales, hostess, dancer, and designer of the best period fashions in SL, invited Sita to her cabaret show at the legendary Eldorado.

• Doc Jishnu reports on the impressive Artists for SL Gallery. New artists arrive daily. There is no formal application process; the project is open to all artists, without discrimination.

• Have an interest in paranormal art? Then check out BlackRaven Art Gallery and let the work of Blackbelt Clawtooth and Loxxy  Darkmatter take you on a voyage into the world of vampires, shapeshifters, and angels.

• Bixyl Shuftan excels in reporting the news. Learn about this “news fox” and his staff’s love for a good story.

If you have an “unforgettable” sim (venue, gallery, clothing line, theater, etc.), or you’d just like to place a kiosk or advertise, please send me an IM or notecard.—Netera Landar

Managers of Innovation

Once a new business gains momentum, it needs additional skills to take from startup to growing. This month profiles two entrepreneurs who manage innovative organizations. Establishing leadership, they use the best features of Second Life® to advance and continually evolve. The approaches they share are applicable to all business—nonprofit to retail to investment to artistic.

• Jayjay Zifanwe, University of Western Australia, pioneers the art challenges, attracting the best and brightest 3D artists on the grid with visibility and significant prizes.

• Jan Maroon, Bletaverse, innovates the cone-jumping system to which many avatars owe their first earned lindens. Master strategist and manager, Jan discusses how he stays maintains his edge.

• Eleanor Medier investigates past profiles for complimentary ideas and concludes seven characteristics of successful virtual management.

The fascination for how Second Life® fits into real life finds the
rubber hitting the road in business. When money is involved,
games become serious. To earn profit in SL requires entrepreneurs
to balance between the worlds as a prerequisite. Because there are
many approaches to integration, the methods become a bridge that
can legitimize SL in the real world. These entrepreneurs run enter-
prises with integrated roots. They highlight the differences and
similarities. And if that is not enough, Eleanor Medier exhausts
the topic in an overview wrap-up. Leave no stones unturned,
as the nature of this exploration forms a bedrock of infrastructure.

PROFILE: page 18

Re: Stock Market small investors association http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/CLASS/7552 "I do not like you, any business you are any where near I will not invest in or pull any Investment I may have."
Great...i like when the things are clear between peoples....you had many difficulties to say your real feelings directly but now the things are clearly told....i hope i will never have to see you behind me as.for my part,i have no particular feelings about you...and dont want to know you more than a simple stranger ..

=>"I know you to be a liar, "
Now if i am a" liar"(it seems that you cant communicate properly and quietly without insulting peoples)....i will answer"YES"like anybody on earth, i lie from time to time....BUT not on the questions of money which are related to the customers....and i assume my responsabilities when the money is involved....
But you can give an example of one of my lies if you effectively knows me that will be very easy for you to point out one of my "lies"....and of course that could help to know who is behind dibando avatar(as i wasnt on sl since last year) elsif your assertion is probably not related to the truth!

Finaly if you really know me thats probably by using several alts....and to be clear with you only those who dont use several alts knows me...

So...see you(never)....!

"I will have no further communication with you."<=i hope thats the truth...but we will check in the future if you are a" liar"too!!....and this sentence which is your sentence will be the reference!

Re: Stock Market small investors association http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/CLASS/7552 it seems that you have no humour when someone kindly crticize your projects or willings:)....no need to insult me of fool or ignorant,be cool like me and find smooth answers like i did with your previous replies in my posts

"I do not normal take time out to answer fools like you, but this time i feel the need to answer your ignorant, foolish, and ill thought out flame.

I do not care what you and your alts do, I do not usual read your trouble making and I wish the best of luck in your endeavours."

=>each time i have posted something i had a reply from you and the last was =>"Oh nice French by the way, God Bless America ;o)"<=in what way my origins was connected with the subject of the thread???why didnt you told that to any of the others peoples who had posted a reply if you wasnt waiting for a good occasion to enter in contact with me???maybe you are secretely in love with me:)....unfortunately , you seem to be a guy, so i have to decline your "secret love":)
http://www.slcapex.com/forums/topic/ADS/7548
"You presume that i am not interested in your ideas."
http://www.slcapex.com/forums/topic/suggest/7468

"You assume I need to make money."

=>if you really dont need money, thank you to register here:

http://www.mysmartbots.com/?by=7242634

smartbots purpose really good tools to maintain the riff raff out by blacklisting them or by ejecting them....and of course i will be very happy to receive a comission from smartbots as i brought a new customer, but dont worry that will not come from your pocket.
So you could say "thank you ultime", as i just found a good solution to avoid asking 50ls to each new member of your group
And this service is really cheap as it cost only 79ls/week!...of course we offer you a free trial:)

"And you talk gibberish that a lot of people do not understand in all the capex forums constantly."

=>as i m a "nice french" i dont understand "gibberish"
=>" lot of people do not understand"...who dont understand what i wrote, i will do an effort and try to find better words to let them understanding what i meant...(this doesnt include those who hide things that i have pointed out...everybody understand as well that, thats easier to say "i dont understand" rather than saying"you point out things that i prefer to hide"

"You do yourself no favour, and I suspect you are to carcinogenic to be embarrassed by your game playing."

=>i have no favour to do when we talk about money...
=>"carcinogenic to be embarrassed by your game playing."...i didnt understood this sentence, so if you use words that a french can understand, i will reply

finaly, you have started a little game between us, that you are free to stop yourself...

those who knows me since more than 1year on sl , knows that i dont like the troubles,or the hidden things to the customers(and by extension to the shareholders), or to lie to a customer to get him/her(=>the simple truth should be enough!)...BUT they also knows that i m not impressed to say what i have to say, or my opinion on something if i think somethings important are hidden , elsif i simply dont care and dont give my opinion(that was the case for your current thread till you came in another thread to express your opinion about me and not about the current subject of the thread, so if you have to say something, say it if its related to the thread, elsif avoid the sentences like"Oh nice French by the way, God Bless America ;o)"=>our origins wasnt the subject of the thread)

but i dont think i m the best on sl, i also make mistakes,
=>for example concerning the vote system, i have review my knowledges, and thats true that i was clearly wrong, that wasnt a matter for me to recognize my mistake!
=>another example, i launched a little service last year, unfortunately we had to deal with some frauders, i have paid back till the last L$+1L$ as i was the owner of the service, that was my "personal responsibility" to give back the money to those who were confident in me.That was very hard for me as i had also lost some money due to these frauders, but i m proud enough to never tell to anybody "i take the money but not the responsibilties"
thats the normal price to pay when we are more interested to keep the confidence of people we work with, rather than being interested to keep their money!(thats also why i was so vocal with some pêople who dont seem to have the same opinion as me=>people shouldnt have to loss their money /Or part of their money because of some of our decisions or acts/Or because we dont want to assume our responsabilities)

have a nice day...

And you talk gibberish that a lot of people do not understand in all the capex forums constantly.

I do not care what you and your alts do, I do not usual read your trouble making and I wish the best of luck in your endeavours.

Re: Stock Market small investors association http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/CLASS/7552 And now dibando become entrepreneurial?....so it was clear for me that this wasnt done for free!...and something really important was missing...like "the cost":)...most time thats an important thing for all...

So i think i will create a group too!...for the small investors....i will charge 1ls and the money will be given back to all the shareholders and members.....1ls that will not be to maintain the riff raff out but as they will be ejected we will invite them to join several times per day in order to give us a steady flow of incomes:)....i dont think dibando give back the cost of the entry in his group to all the current members:)....
And i will call this group"Invest in your losses!". ...i think i will ask to some ceo's to help the group members to loss their investments...or at least part of their investments....i have some names in mind which comes naturaly bur i dont know why!....:)

Bowler Business Review #8 is out in kiosks http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/CLASS/7462 Published by Jetman Bowler
Created by Eleanor Medier

Every entrepreneur must use some universal business practices to grow a business. However, there is no single recipe—every enterprise is a unique blend of circumstance, timing, talent, commitment, and market need. So this month, two businesses are contrasted to demonstrate the range of options.

• Amy Nevilly, backed up by Wili Clip, markets a large virtual enterprise with interwoven revenue streams. As masters of psychology, this team really knows how to sell to an audience. They know how to come up with unique ideas, find good people to help, and leverage products. If they do not have an opportunity, they create one. Dedicated to their customers, find these two at their office park helping the game players and improving the sim.

• Ramirez Torrance has advice for any creative professional. As a photographer, designer, and craftsman, his portfolio reveals a responsive businessman. Adventurous and curious, he absorbs technology and promotional ideas. But mostly, he is dedicated to forming the most expressive, dynamic, and innovative images that he can. Somehow, Ramirez has both the left and the right parts of his brain working in unison, inspired by the virtual landscape.

• Then there is the comparative analysis by Eleanor Medier. To learn from other people is perhaps her greatest motivation for putting these articles together. Falling somewhere between Amy and Ramirez is business approach with a solo gallery and team-produced magazines. As a designer, she is service-oriented. As an artist, she is product-oriented. So by learning from Amy and Ramirez, she draws conclusions that can be compared to your business.

Lessons Learned

The virtual world is a culture of learning. Consider Second Life® to be like a petri dish of real life; condensed and revealing. Every “noobie” must go through an avatarial initiation as well as cope with abundant choices. It becomes obvious who develops purpose, and who does not. Purpose drives self-definition when supported by skills.

Perhaps the virtual world's greatest contribution to real life is its educational potential. There are ways that a virtual world far surpasses RL presentations in convenience, experience, and reach. There are strengths in tying technologies together into an interwoven fabric of tools.

That potential is still on the bleeding edge, requiring the great dedication and perseverance of pioneers. What holds back potential is not technology, but people. Those who sustain[,] adapt to the culture of this innovative landscape, and build upon it:

• Phelan Corrimal organically developed Rockliffe University from within SL, bringing real world expertise and discipline in-world. His focus is building an innovative, yet sustainable, infrastructure.
.

• Rah Rehula, CSA 149, works tirelessly to raise understanding and awareness of the virtual-world's potential impact.
She bridges between worlds and offers the best description of advantages and hurdles in development.

• Eleanor Medier, Editor-in-Chief, initiated this exploration in education because the potential for business growth is obvious. Surprised at the history revealed and human nature exposed, she presents the collaboration with business.

• Carrie Snowpaw, Snowpaws Fashion, interviewed by Netera Landar exemplifies the learning process as a successful designer. Bringing graphic skills from RL, she took classes to learn, and step-by-step grows her now virtually famous collection.

• SkyRanger Hammerer finds the deepest learning experiences come from making mistakes. He candidly discusses how he found himself in a hotbed of controversy, and the lessons that help him move on.

You need to be strong for yourself and the people you meet in the future.

People here have tried to show you not all people are good but we must move on and make sure we do our best with what we have.

If no one cared no one would have replied but people did, everyone has a moment of weaknness in their lives but friends and poeple like us who care should give you enough strength to set new goals and move forward.

Re: I dont know where to put this ... http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/CLASS/7188
A young woman went to her mother and told her about her life and how things were so hard for her. She did not know how she was going to make it and wanted to give up, She was tired of fighting and struggling. It seemed as one problem was solved, a new one arose.

Her mother took her to the kitchen. She filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Soon the pots came to boil. In the first she placed carrots, in the second she placed eggs, and in the last she placed ground coffee beans. She let them sit and boil; without saying a word.

In about twenty minutes she turned off the burners. She fished the carrots out and placed them in a bowl. She pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl. Then she ladled the coffee out and placed it in a bowl. Turning to her daughter, she asked, ' Tell me what you see.'

'Carrots, eggs, and coffee,' she replied.

Her mother brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots. She did and noted that they were soft. The mother then asked the daughter to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard boiled egg.

Finally, the mother asked the daughter to sip the coffee.. The daughter smiled as she tasted its rich aroma. The daughter then asked, 'What does it mean, mother?'

Her mother explained that each of these objects had faced the same
adversity: boiling water. Each reacted differently. The carrot went in strong, hard, and unrelenting. However, after being subjected to the boiling water, it softened and became weak. The egg had been fragile. Its thin outer shell had protected its liquid interior, but after sitting through the boiling water, its
inside became hardened. The ground coffee beans were unique, however. After they were in the boiling water, they had changed the water.

'Which are you?' she asked her daughter.
'When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?

Think of this: Which am I? Am I the carrot that seems strong, but with pain and adversity do I wilt and become soft and lose my strength?

Am I the egg that starts with a malleable heart, but changes with the heat? Did I have a fluid spirit, but after a death, a breakup, a financial hardship or some other trial, have I become hardened and stiff? Does my shell look the same, but on the inside am I bitter and tough with a stiff spirit and hardened heart?

Or am I like the coffee bean? The bean actually changes the hot water, the very circumstance that brings the pain. When the water gets hot, it releases the fragrance and flavor. If you are like the bean, when things are at their worst, you get better and change the situation around you. When the hour is the darkest and trials are their greatest do you elevate yourself to another
level? How do you handle adversity? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?

May you have always have
enough happiness to make you sweet,
enough trials to make you strong,
enough sorrow to keep you human and
enough hope to make you happy.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

Honey the only time we fail is when we stop trying, and adversity in my opinion, builds strong character, and is very much a part of life. Try to use each situation as a learning experience and grow from it, shrug it off, and continue to persevere.

No it was pure rejection because of my personality not because of my writing. That is what hurts more than anything.

I just wanted to show I could be an asset to a company that is all, and its kind of hit me and my writing.

The last think I really needed as it has took me over 20 years to write a poem so this was the last thing I needed.

But perhaps people dont really care here, as if it was me, I would give anyone a chance to help them.

I am a real person, I am an honest person and I feel so upset and hurt by someone here in capital exchange.

I do not wish to say who as it would be, becoming as low as they are, when someone destroys a person instead of nuturing, it is very sad, and very hurtful.

SL should be about nurturing, building peoples confidences, making them feel good about themselves, not destroying and upsetting them.

I so wanted to be part of a particular organisation here, wanted to develop my writing ability as it was stunted when I was only 14 years old.

I feel so hurt about not being able to do that and just dont know how to continue....

If any one knows of any good writing establishments please let me know, although I am tempted to leave SL
as it seems like a destroyer game rather than a confidence and helpful game.

Lets hope it will change and give people help where it can instead of cutting them down and making them cry and feel so alone.

Sorry I had to get that out because I feel so hurt at the moment.

Bowler Business Review doing a new program!!! http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/CLASS/7161 IN A FUN & AFFORDABLE ADVERTISING OFFER:
Bidding Opens to place an ad in
Bowler Business Review #7

Do not miss this opportunity to reach over 2,000 readers at a price you can afford!

As each advertiser has a different economic circumstance, we are making advertising with us more fun, economic, and rewarding.

Ads that are placed near the front of a magazine get seen more than ads placed further back. If all the page rates are the same, position becomes first-come-first-serve which is not fun or even fair.

So we hope you will participate in this unusual approach. Please consider:

ADVERTISING BID FOR POSITION:

1. Determine how much you wish to pay for an ad. The higher your bid, the closer to the front of the magazine your ad will appear. Even if bidding a few Lindens, go ahead and try! You might get in for a great fee and reach several thousand readers!

2. Send your bid as an IM to Eleanor Medier by Nov 23, midnight SLT.

3. On Nov 24, we will let you know where your ad falls in the magazine and see if you wish to change your position.

4. Please send your payment and ad (600 pixels wide by 900 pixels high) to Eleanor Medier. You can add a LM, notecard, and web link (as desired), if you send us the information you wish to include.

5. Publication will be on November 27.

Property Pioneers

Land is so fundamental that there would be no virtual world without it. The largest sector in-world, it affects every resident who must make a decision of how to belong. This month three approaches to the real estate business are explored, plus the extended tools and skills of working mobile for management.

Consider the experience:

• Katya Dirval, W Real Estate, manages sales and rental for hundreds of sims, parcels, and homesteads. She shares insights from life in the fast lane, having achieved a profitable empire.

• Marishka Ixito, Marix Properties, develops complete boutique homes that the aesthetically inclined can move right into. With a clearly defined niche, she talks about maintaining both creativity and profitability.

• Netera Landar, senior contributor, represents the renter who is at the base of the economic chain. Residing at Azure Estates, she queries those around her for what they seek and find.

• Kurz Socke, Mobile Grid Client, built his company on innovation. Not planning a business, he responded to the market and found a direction for real life career, being profitable in both worlds.

• Eleanor Medier, Editor-in-Chief, finds patterns in how businesses develop and grow within SL. Each profitable entrepreneur builds a community of like mindedfriends, customers, and contacts.

In the internationally created culture in-world, entrepreneurs find a serious and mirrored community. It is a place to try the risky, to enhance reality, to fulfill fantasy. Experiential and emotional, the reality of unreality is the most fantastic place to learn. It is the perfect laboratory for business ideas. It is the perfect place to discover a deeper self given great choice freedoms. Bowler Business Review profiles those who pioneer the virtual infrastructure, who share what works and what doesn't when seeking a healthy economy.

Bowler Business Review #5 Is Out!!! http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/CLASS/6901 Published by Jetman Bowler
Created by Eleanor Medier

Each of the entrepreneurs profiled this month blend the advantages of a virtual world together. Starting by educating themselves, they did not see their opportunities immediately. Feet wet, they reached outside their own creativity to include others and extend their influence.

Strategic Approaches

Different businesses can use similar strategies. These entrepreneurs discuss evolving, building and scaling their pursuits. A balance is found between culture and commerce with focus on major metaverse cornerstones.

Consider the experience:

• Stevie Cooperstone, Advanced Avatar Solutions and Galaxy discusses forming a successful continuum.

• Selina Greene, Book Island describes how to find the right formula to balance both business and artistic atmosphere.

• Bones Writer brings together musicians with those who them or listen to them.

• Ashleigh Klossovsky, Act1, shows how a dance club can grow to popularity and continue to please a crowd.

• Eleanor Medier contemplates the relationship between both culture and business—tied together and exemplified in SL.

Calling for Investments into MINI project http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/CLASS/6764
I have a plan to execute a mini venture that can give us returns of in range of 10-15% a month on Initial investment. As the returns are high there is also an associated risk with the venture.

The plan was to collect a group of people(more than 3 persons) and start the project so i too can distribute my risk. 100% of the venture's profit will be distributed to the group of investors on pro rata basis.
At least some of you know me from many years and looking for investors who trust and believe me. Interested persons please contact me at my SL AVATAR: Pradeep Planer for more details on the venture.

Here are the venture financial details
Phase-1
Investment required : 300,000L$
Initial start-up period : 4 weeks (dont expect anything before this time)
Profit distribution = 100% profit distributed to all the vested parties
Estimated profit = 30,000L$ to 40,000L$/month

Any other suggestions on how to execute this venture are welcome.

Note: This project is not supported or regulated by capex and investors wont be provided any support from capex in case of default.

Podex - not only linden dollar exchange http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/CLASS/6586 I am really happy to present you the offer of Podex Exchange, the company which I am proud to be the owner of.

Let me start with some history. I started Podex in 2007 and at the beginning I was selling animations and music staff but meanwhile I discovered a market gap and began exchanging LS in Polish community. In a few months the business grow up so much that I had to give up animations and focus on exchange, which was soon listed by Linden Lab on 3rd party exchange page and become international business.

What does Podex offer now?

Linden dollars exchange. ( http://www.podex.info )
On our multilingual web page you can buy and sell L$ and our prices are really good. Podex is not only the cheapest L$ exchange if you compare it to other private exchanges, but often cheaper than Linden Lab LindeX. We serve many currencies and methods of payment e.g credit cards, PayPal, Moneybookers, UKash, bank transfers, post-office payments.

Podex affiliate programs ( http://www.podex.info/earn-l-with-podex )
If you have your own blog, web page, parcel in Second Life or just some free time – have a look at one of our affiliate programs. You can earn linden dollars easily and you do not risk anything.

Mainland without Premium. (http://www.podex.info/mainland-without-premium )
Yes, it is possible. With the help of Podex you can buy a parcel on Mainland, be the owner of it and do not pay for Premium Account. Mainland is not Estate, maybe sometimes it is not so beautiful, but you are sure that you will never be kicked out of the land because your land owner does not like you.

Podex Visa Card (http://www.second-card.com )
This is a relatively new product but I am especially proud of it as I have never seen anything like it in Second Life before. Podex Card is real Visa card which is delivered to your RL place of residence for free. You can load it with linden dollars and than cash out in RL ATMs or use for RL shopping. I hope it to be a great solution for avatars bored with waiting for Linden Lab and PayPal transfers which can take many days.

Podex Movie Page ( http://www.secondmovie.com )
Web portal aimed at collecting videos created in Second Life or regarding Second Life matter. Over 1,000 videos - ! Please feel invited to watch, comment and contribute new stuff.

Podex in Avination ( http://avination.podex.info )
