| I have started to publish Youtube instructional videos for our products: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3wWkpWn0a2c The first of many videos for our core products. These will help with search term exposure as well helping our customer support team provide higher quality information. |

| I mentioned that I would start on a potion recipe video to show people how it is done, a lot of people are getting confused about the process then someone mentioned you are already working on videos, so this is good to see. Thanks Amy :) Sparhawke / Buffy. |

| I am writing info on the website and yes there will be a video soon. Just put a video player prim in our fish hunt HQ :) |

| Instead of the music why not just write a script and either narrate the instructions or hire someone to do it? Ever time I see an instructional vid with music and text instead of someone actually explaining it I immediately zap the window. |

| Agree. Even a robot voice is better than just music. |

| There are other things to consider than what you may prefer and see as optimal. Ease of updates is another consideration and that is easiest with text prompts. Plus the opportunity cost of making voice recordings and splicing video taking up weeks of someones time. |

| Buffy, There is a new crafting HQ next to the fish hunt and farming hq. It is very much more organised and clear how to do crafting now and I intend to add more information shortly. Right now I am busy making the change over to direct delivery. |
