| This thread is to list the current management of Blue Diamond Virtual Reit. The first post shall always be updated with the names of the people that currently are responsible for the management of the company and all changes are to be posted as separate postings below. | July 31st 2011: * William Rustamova has resigned from the BDVR BoD. Reason for resigning - to be kept confidential. (mutual agreement between BDVR and mr. Rustamova) * Coral Ducatillon has been excluded from the BDVR BoD due to failure to comply with the requirement to communicate with the board over the last six months. * Dimi Frederix has joined the the BDVR BoD. * Kafka Frugel has been elected as the new chairman of the Board for BDVR. |

| November 15th 2011: According to the BoD election procedures a new board for BDVR was elected. The new board is compiled from the below individuals: Alain Delpiaz Ashleigh Wade Dimi Frederix Kafka Frugel Troy Tomasso |

| By unanimous BoD votes the following roles were assigned at the quarterly board meeting on the 12th of january 2012: chairman of the board: Kafka Frugel (2nd term) chief financial officer: Kafka Frugel (2nd term) Also, by a unanimous vote, the BDVR BoD decided to hire Alain Delpiaz for the CEO position for another term (his third). |

| November20th 2012: according to the annual BoD election procedure a new board has been elected for BDVR. The new BoD members are: Alain Delpiaz Ashleigh Wade Kafka Frugel Dimi Frederix |
