| Dear BSF Shareholders: Listed below are the stock purchases I made for the Beta Stock Fund. I purchased up to L$48,000 of stock in each company. There were around 7 Lindens left over due to not enough Lindens to purchase another share under L$48,000, so they will be distributed as part of the dividends.
