L$50,000 CapEx Delta Stock Fund (DSF) SPO Has Started! | |
| Please note that Gold Mountain Capital (GMC) has been added as an investment to the CapEx Delta Stock Fund. A L$50,000 SPO is scheduled for Saturday, Sept 10, 2 PM SLT has started. The SPO price will be .25L per share. This means 200,000 shares will be available for SPO purchase. **The stock is immediately halted, and will remain so until the end of the SPO.** Note that I have already purchased the L$48,000 of GMC stock for the fund, and the proceeds will go towards paying myself back, and paying the SPO Fee to the exchange and the Delta Fund. As soon as I have purchased stock in all the companies for the fund, I will report how many shares were purchased in each company. Any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you!
