| I am pleased to present to you one of the largest existing companies within SL to possibly ever do an IPO through a stock exchange - Earn2Life.com (EARN). This IPO Application is currently being reviewed by the Advisory Board of Directors, and has not been approved yet. This forum is for your reference, and I encourage everyone to comment on whether or not you feel this would be a good addition to the exchange. | I've got several questions regarding the revenue structure and history. Here's the brief info: February 2011: Revenue L$620,000 Expenses L$380,000 March 2011: Revenue L$680,000 Expenses L$450,000 April 2011: Revenue L$610,000 Expenses L$420,000 (the higher revenue in the previous month usually means the slightly higher expenses this month) I'll make a visual representation of the revenue/expenses in the prospectus. | I had several conversations with potential investors, and some questions are common for all of them. The answers to these frequently asked questions are below: 1. What is the planned amount of the dividends? We plan to pay from 50% up to 70% of the profit to dividends (the current monthly profit varies between L$200,000 and L$250,000). The rest of the profit will be spend on the company growth (advertising, and launching the new programs with Earn2Life.com). 2. How much the shareholders are planned to be involved into the company's future? We plan to involve the shareholders as much as possible. This is a great opportunity to attract the opinions of the concerned persons, with most of them involved into the money-making process. We will gather the shareholders meetings regularly, discuss the current and strategic goals and involve the shareholders to take part in the company's work. 3. Is there any special conditions for current company customers? We will provide the special conditions for all members and advertisers of Earn2Life: this will be the level assignments and discounts. The investors going to buy the share larger than L$200,000 worth may contact me for the special arrangement. 4. Why do we sell only 30% of the company's shares (instead of 49%)? We believe in the Earn2Life.com's future and think that this will be the very profitable investment. By keeping the additional 19% share over the required 51% we invest in our company too. |
