News Story: Press Release EdmoseGroup.

We denounce an unprecedented attack "speculative" and against title called "EDMO - EdmoseGroup. - The title downward is not justified as it has always paid a dividend every month has always been of the accounts has always communicated the news regarding the activities.
We are confident that such behavior is in part due to irresponsible shareholders who attempt to undermine the value of the title, this CEO like I can not afford it and I object to the charge of communicating SLCapital Exchange and the control group as in our actions were not taken considered to improve the exchange of shares.

1) There exists a stock of standard actions that you can buy and sell depending on the value and the number of total shares, shares with 1 this shows that you can bring the title down and then up.

2) There should be an outside agency that monitors and reports give you statistics every month of the developments of companies.

3) Return% to a gain or loss that is able to provide each investor an immediate performance of the security so signed as a brake on speculation downward.

These are some measures that we developed in half a day but I'm sure this release will open a serious debate within the SL Capital.

I am not worried about the stock price, I believe in your business plan.

You have a good product, the company advertising sales are increasing, and you are a very passionate and forward thinking CEO with a lot of interest in Capex and EDMO.

I believe in EDMO and its business plan.

I would NOT worry about people selling stock, Carrie on the great work CEO

If you are talking about our selling there is no attack, our staff is just looking to diversify the asset. we had the 10% of this company and we are looking to reduce it, there is no intention to attack, just a legitimate use of the market.

We raised an issue that can not be certain that SL Capex not better rules on sales and purchases. I ask for a public discussion to determine possible solutions.

Edwardi,

I do not mind having any discussion on trading the stocks, nor any subject on the market, I am not sure what “rules you want” ( Please explain )

However, I am totally against any thing that restricts a “Free Market”.

Regulation and complicated rules are very counterproductive for investors.

A CEO in my view should embrace a free market, and control their stocks with their own share support strategy,( stock buy back orders) if they think is appropriate to do so.

In my view, in the coming months a lot of funds will be readjusting their holdings, as there results look pressurized, in their dividend payments to the investors.

You can make a lot of money in a BEAR market, this just proves to me that CAPEX is a wonderful place to put your money, and is not some dead fish market.

Best regards
Marcus

PS. I also did warn in MMB a month ago, of a possible Capex Bear Market and to increase your cash portfolio ready for buying some good stock in the retail sector. Marcus

have a free market, but ribaisco again, I would like a more precise and elaborate system of buying and selling in the market, so as not to have an imbalance in this regard.
I have made many sacrifices in recent months, I have improved the services offered, I produce content for the metaverse Second Life recognized by all, I do not want to see this vicious downward sales of any title of capex.

Edwardi:

I don't quite understand what exactly is your complaint. Prices are determined by traders, and that is how a stock exchange should be. It should be noted that you are selling a lot of shares privately at prices lower than what is traded on the open market, so if you are upset that your stock price is dropping, that is probably the reason why. You should sell your personal shares at a higher price.

I hope soon in the future that P2P sales will be properly reported so the public can see them all.

Come avviene davvero, nelle borse reali.

2) Realizzare l'elenchi classificando i titoli con le varie società, per garantire una chiara visione dell'andamento generale con "% positivo e negativo "come avviene nelle borse di tutto il mondo. vedi america ....
Dow Jones 12.878,88-0,8%
NASDAQ 100 2.909,80-0,4%
NYSE Composite 7.764,45-1,0%
http://it.advfn.com/mondo/usa?adw=20016&gclid=CKbG4ueYy7ECFYrP3wod7hYATg

3) Ci dovrebbe essere un organismo esterno e indipendente che controlli e segnali il trend ogni mese le statistiche particolari delle società quotate in borsa.
Un giornale virtuale che parli delle società di Capex.
http://www.trend-online.com/prp/i-cinque-migliori-titoli-2012/

If a share owner chooses to sell them at a loss that is their right and free choice. The only instance for regulatory intervention, to my mind is if someone is regularly and deliberately causing stocks prices to collapse. That would be something that I believe CERC should examine and if it is proved to be the case then the individual should be first warned and then removed from the exchange if they continue.

Let me know if you get appointed to head the SEC in RL. I guess hedge funds, short sellers and stock bashers will be in trouble on your watch.
