ICE June Financials - Released
| We have finally recovered all the data from the June Server crash and finaly released June Financials. I will be consolidating these into a quarterly report. Comments: Stock Mark to Market Increase is due mostly to abandoned accounts. You may note that we have much more stock on hand in the asset column - but ICE has reserved 50,000 shares in the Liability column as we anticipate having to return those shares to a large shareholder - when he is able to get his account in order at SLCAPEX. We took a hit to trades - even though it is still a net gain - I sold Lindens at the wrong price and hit the button before I realized I had the wrong price in the sell field - the error cost approximately 10,000 Lindens. The rent forgiven portion that was reflected in income becomes an expense in the following months as June was the last month that Skip allowed us to occupy - rent free. Plus, income will be impacted in the next quarter report (Q3) in a negative way as we had taken on an expensive advertising program. Our server crashed again as I am in the middle of my busy season - RL. The repair was made only yesterday 10/24 and I found that I have lost the integrity of some data on my server - including the records for July, Aug and Sept. We do have backups and will be finishing unpacking the backups up through October 8, 2011. Unfortunately, the new crash has cost me valuable time and the third quarter report will not be complete till this weekend. I will be asking Skip for a temporary extension for the 3rd Quarter. The good news is that I believe my battery backup had hardware issues and was shorting out and causing the server to crash. I have replaced the APC UPS - battery backup with another one I had in a different rack and this seems to have fixed the problem. I hope to not be having any more crashes. Plus, I am increasing the frequency of my data backups. Stay tuned for the Q 3 financials. |

Q3 Financials for ICE to be delayed.
| Our battery backup an APC 3000 rack mounted "smart UPS" was giving false signals that the batteries were not charged. It would then crash the server so frequently that we finally lost a bunch of data. Non of the customer data was lost from ICE as this server is hosted with a third party. The financial data is stored on the server that crashed. We are in process of data recovery from the back up data file. I expect to be able to report this weekend (10/29 to 10/30). |

Re: ICE June Financials - Released
| Thanks for hanging in there Otto. I plan to pay a dvidend for November of .01 per share - as usual - by 11/5/11. So, my absolute deadline for reporting is 11/5/11 - but I hope to have all the numbers pulled together by 11/3/11. ICE gets much of it's revenue from trading complex currency combinations - I am working on a spreadsheet that will make it easier to report. |
