| yes, we are planning to do a SPO... hopefully the CERC will accept as LEM is really quite suspicious... I also tell you that we are willing to buy any weird interest of shareholders to sell their shares... Our offer is 1$L--- the financial for April 2012 you will see on https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmsUoA28lTawdHFZekc2X3pneXhqM1R5V3VJUDRaSGc&pli=1#gid=8 But please, those results are exceptional I hope you understand... anyway we are looking what is coming next on the other hand we are looking to get rid of some recent liabilities and therefor the SPO makes sense. We are not standing outside and will have a look on the share price and buy when we think it is convenient... The SPO shoudl cover 500'000 new shares with a nominative value of 0.5 $L but sold for 1$ . For the real value - as said - join the link... we hope that the CERC will agree in this. if not well, we don't know yet...possibly we will purchase some more shares...lol Ok, that was a bad joke. LEM is still uncertain how SL will develop. But as long as we feel it will, be assured that we will keep invested... and if you support our initative then please don't be ashemed and support us happy trading Cas |

| I have posted the L$500,000 LEM SPO request to the Capital Exchange Regulatory Commission (CERC) for approval. casper, you should hold a vote of LEM shareholders on approving it as well. Skip |

| t looks as this treat has developed somehow into a vote already. There is no problem with such and I therefore put this differently. Accelerating the procedure makes sense to me and even the CERC hasn't yet voted about. My question is, do you agree with this SPO? If yes, please answer with "I vote yes, with xxx number of shares". So far three people have voted, please correct me if I'm wrong. Marishka: Yes with 25000 shares PepperSuki: Yes with 500 shares and yes, I know it is an ironic vote myself: yes with 995491shares Nevertheless, it is important for me to understand what you are thinking, especially when the answer is no. Even if this wouldn't change the outcome of the vote as such as I have the absolute majority. So waiting for your input. The moment when the CERC has decided I will wait a further day and then proceed as suggested by all the outcomes. | I abstain 10,000 shares. However I do feel I must qualify why. My reasons, I am new in to the company, so I am not up to speed with the gossip, as I only have a very small holding I will “sit on the fence”. The fact that I "bought in", means I feel its a company I can depend on for a income. Regards |

| "sit on the fence"... well, If LEM would promise a certain return then we would come in violation with the TOS of LL.. Our civilisation has developed a notion to apply modelling for forecasting any kind of matter which could influence our daily live, environmental and population growth, demographic changes, use of commditites, currency exchange rates and even company outlooks... future predicitions such is called, some even believe in astrology and throwing dices to receive similar results--the latter is not so bad, the Romans applied that together with sacrificing flesh of some crude critters succesfully during more 800 yearsl ...in fact if the signs weren't as you liked them you simply sacrified to another god, it has an advanatge to have a polytheisitic religion.. lol this is basically nonesense as a model just reflects our actual knowledge and the way we intercept with it... it is meaningless to ask whether it correspond to reality... we only can say whether in some crude senses it corresponds to what observation show or have showed... What I can tell you is this, read our reports, ask if you have questions, go gossip-catching around ( I didn't know that there is Gossip floating around about Casper or LEM...lol.. you have to tell me then) and follow your gut feeling .. and then I think you cannot take a bad decision. |
