you say you want to have monthly divds. about how much per share do u expect to have? and will the be stable and continue on a monthly basis?

Hi there BillyBob,
Yes, I intend to pay dividends each month. I expect to pay 0.025L$ per share although this may not be the exact amount. Some Months it might be lower and some higher.

I am forcasting that I will be earning 50,000L$ net profit per Month to which 100% of this will be paid out as dividends. I will be retaining 80% of MLS and 20% are currently for sale at IPO. 20% of 50,000L$ equals 10,000L$ and 10,000L$ divided by 400,000 shares (which represents 20% of MLS) equals 0.025L$ per share.

Of course, if a higher amount than 50,000L$ as net profit for the Month then a higher amount per share will be issued and the opposite should a smaller amount be reaslised.

At present I can say that I intend to provide a dividend each and every Month.
