| Hi, i think i remember your company name since my first days in SL...how long does MILOS Design exist until now in SL? Didn´t read the prospectus Did you went IPO for: 1. Marketing Pursposes ( which is not bad some companys like i`m invested in did that in the past) 2.Just in need of funds to expand, let design products etc 3.Because you have a good heart and share your profits with us ;) SW |

Re: MiLOS Designs - General Discussion
| Based on what Milos stated earlier the answer is unclear... It was also the reason why i didn't invest in IPO, but the option is still on the table :) "Using an average net profit of 50-60k L$ this gives a ROI of 3 years. The decision that needs to be made is whether this average net profit will stay the same. What needs to be taken into account is that in the past 8 months MiLOS Designs has reinvested the majority of its profits into expansion. As it stands MiLOS has a firm foothold, with its 200+ products and its half a sim store. In reference to your second point you are completely correct. I do not need to raise any capital with my current profit (after expenses). My reason on wanting MiLOS to become a listed company is so that I can make an attempt at providing investors with a company that produces a return. It is all a learning experience for me and I think that I will be able to provide slcapex with a CEO that is honest, committed and one that is online regularly. I do fall short at perfect tact in what I say, but I will say it how it is and I think that is something which is needed. If anyone wants to contact me in regards to anything or if you simply want to get to know me better then please feel free to message me in world. With kind regards, Firstdesigns Milos." I'd like to know exactly what the purpose is, i believe it is a mix of 1,2,4 and 5 (4 beeing have the ability to profit from trading own stock, 5 having a cash reserve in case of "unusual events"). It definitely isn't 3. |

Re: MiLOS Designs - General Discussion
| Andy and Sportsbets, thank you for your posts. At present, I currently have no use for the use of the IPO funds. My reason for wanting to become a listed company was as I stated previously, "I do not need to raise any capital with my current profit (after expenses). My reason on wanting MiLOS to become a listed company is so that I can make an attempt at providing investors with a company that produces a return." I would suggest that this point would in fact cover an area of point 3, that you suggested it is definately not. I am currently not in any need to expand my product range, as this is what I have been doing for the past 10 Months. If, however, there are any opportunities that arise, that I am able to fully assess and that I can see a positive investment being made, then I will no doubt consider such an option, and voice my suggestions to the shareholders. Another key area to MiLOS is marketing. At present I am only using one main method of marketing/advertising and I am fully aware that there are many available. I am to determine which methods will be beneficial to MiLOS and the shareholders. Initial ideas involve placing all products onto commission vendors, and setting up areas on SLX, Onrez, Hippo etc. One major area that I am looking into is the development of a franchise. Creating a template whereby an individual can obtain a package containing a MiLOS store, posters, artwork, and vendors of the products. Where these franchisees take on the risks of marketing and rentail payments. This is one option. In the meantime I intend for the IPO funds that have been generated to remain on the balance sheet. I regard myself as a highly prudent CEO, and I won't go spending the funds without real review of what the funds will be spent on. I hope that this clears up your queries, if not then please message back and I will attempt to further answer your questions. With kind regards, firstdesigns Milos CEO MiLOS Designs |

| yeah me ,too :( but i just bought some k shares (but open orders for some more ;). Should`ve bought at IPO but compared to some other stocks it´s still remains cheap. I just buy and hold, expect some Return on Investment here longterm. Beside it´s a solid business &Company i also like the fact that there are just 59k shares not in major holders hands.... |

Re: MiLOS Designs - General Discussion
| The only thing wich could make MLS better is if the cash would be used for something better than look prety... Lindex provides an annual ROI of ~80% without beeing any risk involved, wich isn't bad. Alternatively MIF provides ~43% YTD return wich isn't far off neither, but involves some risk. The difference would be, that MLS would be able to pay a monthly dividend of 0.06 to 0.10 per month instead of 0.016-0.032. For the record i own some K's of MLS shares. |
