A request to Capital Exchange
Trading in VBL is now temporarily suspended.

As CFO of VBL and a member of the Board of the Directors of VBL, I would like to make an official request to Skip Oceanlane and the Capital Exchange to keep trading in VBL halted until ferre Howlett's status can be determined. There has been no communication from CEO ferre Howlett for approximately two weeks.

I would have preferred to have made this request privately, but Skip Oceanlane refuses to answer my IMs.

Dear VBL Shareholders:

For the record, I have received no IM from Ms. Imari, and I doubt she ever sent me one. Furthermore, just because a CEO does not reply to someone does not mean trading should be halted. I will look into the matter and post information as it becomes available.

Re: A request to Capital Exchange
Dear VBL Shareholders:

I wanted to take a moment to share with you the current situation of this company and why I believe the measure of doing a temporary trading halt is necessary.

After the initial board meeting many decisions were taken in order to improve the revenue streams of the company and get it going again. However, several weeks have past since that took place and the current Chief Executive Officer Ferre Howlett has simply done nothing to put those measures into action making the role of the board powerless.

I have personally tried to contact Mr.Howlett a few times with no success but from the few conversations I have had with him I get the impression that although he had good intentions when taking over he is not committed enough to making things happen. That is why I believe the company should not be trading until the measures decided on by the board can be put in practice and Mr.Howlett shows interest in running the company.

As I write this I am seriously considering my resignation to the board since the only thing that keeps me from it is that I feel responsible to both investors and my fellow board. We have all put a lot of effort and the CEO is simply not matching that so its impossible to move forward.

Thanks,
