Darwin says that the amoeba was first. later some kind of chicken and finally the egg. Linden Lab runs from USA, works in dollars, and its subjected to the law of this country, also to international laws as any internet service. If they click the red button, yes, all goes down and is like never existed before. maybe im wrong? please point me to the right direction if so.

It was a moleculair sphere that was first able to keep energy contained within it self and provided a incubation chamber for first organic life to develop, so theoretically the egg lays at the basis of all, the rest is evolutionairy history. If they would pull the plug I would have proof that it exsisted by simply looking into my wallet, or they must somehow be able to magicaly refill the loss I suffered.

They'll make money off of it before they think about pulling the plug. Keep a closer eye on your wallet. http://metaversed.com/08-oct-2007/metanomics-dan-miller-today-11am From the post: "Today's Metanomics session will be with Dan Miller, a Senior Economist at the Joint Economic Committee of the U.S. Congress taking a close look at virtual worlds. He'll be telling us about not only the legislation that's being formed for taxation of virtual goods, but also about the Department of Homeland Security's interest in virtual worlds." Not the SEC, but getting closer.

True story, I swear. So, there's this chicken. smoking a cigar, big smile, the worlds all right. The chicken is laying next to a semi naked miserable looking egg. Dead silence. After some time, the egg finally speaks up. 'well, I guess we answered that question.'
