CAPX Projected Dividend - L$200,000 (.10L Per Share) On 7/1

Dear CAPX Shareholders:

I am happy to report that with the EDMO SPO selling out combined with the expected selling out of the EARN SPO, that even though our trading activity is down somewhat lately Capital Exchange (CAPX) will still be able to pay a .10L per share dividend for June, or L$200,000. This dividend will be paid sometime on July 1st. Many thanks to all those who also contributed to activity via Person to Person (P2P) Transfers. This added over L$1,000,000 in activity for June, which I hope soon can also be reported in our trading activity numbers on the website.

Capital Exchange is still profitable, stable and reliable, as I promised it would be. As we get close to my 18-month of running the exchange, the future is still very bright, and my personal thanks to all those who helped make the exchange so successful.
