MiLOS Designs Board of Directors Requirements - Appointments

Dear Shareholders,

Apologies for the delay in communicating the request for the required two additional board of directors for MiLOS Designs.

I would like to request appointing the following onto the MiLOS Designs board of Directors:

Dara Eberhardt as the MiLOS Designs Art Director

Danica Sparta as the MiLOS Designs Marketing Director

Dara has been working with the business for over a year now and is solely responsible for our standardisation in product posters and marketing material.

Danica has been working with the business for the past 2 months and has come on board to develop the MiLOS image and build awareness of the business.

At this time due to the Capex requirements I am temporarily appointing Dara and Danica onto the Board of Directors. These appointments will become permanent once I have the approval from the majority of shareholders excluding myself (firstdesigns Milos).
