RVI Shareholders approval and CEO vote Required

Dear RVI Shareholders & Capex Community,

I formally request to delist RVI - Real Vision Inc as the founder and former CEO has left the company in a total mess.

On behalf of RVI shareholders I formally announce we will accept no liability or association to RVI. This will ensure that RVI's past cannot haunt shareholders.

A new company will be formed to specifically compensate RVI shareholders.

I have submitted the following plan to Capex & CERC to approve, but first shareholders must vote on the change and vote for CEO.

Shareholders and the General Public, please let know thoughts be known.

I am open to discussion to the topic.

I have not formally been voted as CEO so please take the opportunity to submit a vote if you are an existing RVI Shareholder.

Name for Chairman's Letter
Welcome to AAA - AdSpace Advertising Agency

Chairman's Letter
Dear Investors and the Capex Community,

I invite investors to join AAA in its venture to capture a segment of Second Life Business Advertising Market. AAA will attract a niche market of second life to help them develop their business.

AAA will work with other companies, big or small to generate more revenue for investors. AAA will also act as an agent when required. AAA will utilise scripting services of our current scriptor. The scriptor will be paid 10% of AdSpace Advertising Fees.

As Chairperson will provide land and HQ for the new business until the time when the company can justify the costs.

Business Overview
AdSpace Advertising Agency: AAA provides clients with an affordable advertising solution. Targeted Custom Advertising Solutions. AAA offers custom design, consulting services and paid per click advertising network. AAA aslo provides traffic management services via affiliates.

Guaranteed results from your advertisement – Customised or Standard

About AdSpace Network

When an avatar clicks an active AdSpace Board, the board sends a message to the server. This message contains the clicking avatar's key, the sign's key, and the uuid of the currently displayed advertisement. The board will wait for a response from the server. If the board doesn't get a response within 60 seconds, the sign will politely notify the avatar that initiated communications that the server is unresponsive, and to please wait a few minutes before trying again.

When AdSpace is clicked, the avatar must wait 24 hours before being able to receive L$ from that board again. They can, however, keep clicking it for additional copies of the landmarks or note cards.

When the AdSpace Server receives a message from an AdSpace Board; the server identifies the type of message and sorts it accordingly. AdSpace sends two types of messages - Clicks and Updates. A Click contains information regarding an avatar interacting with the AdSpace Ad Boards, and an Update simply contains the sign's Key and functions as a refresh for the length of time until that sign is marked as 'dead' in the Signs database and cleared to save memory.

The system stores individual avatar keys and stores them in its memory banks. Only one payout per board, per unique avatar, will be given for clicking the ad. To help move traffic around to those who place our AdSpace Ad Boards in their locations, each unique avatar can have a maximum of 10 paid clicks across the entire network.

To further secure against theft each board will only pay out 10 payments per 24 Hour period. This also protects against large groups of avatars clicking and taking all the funds of the advertisers. We have also placed a timer delay in the event the system becomes overloaded with multiple simultaneous clicks, ensuring each avatar gets their payment as well as the note cards and LM's for the corresponding advertising without stalling or slowing down the system.

The system is also stress tested to be able to handle up to 5000 unique advertisements across 40,000 advertising boards before it even starts to slow down.

AAA believes the core security systems present to protect our customers and ensure they have the best possible results for their campaign.

Risk Factors
Services in demand today may not be a few days from now. Our services could become unpopular and lose their value. AAA is specifically setting up the company to be able to adapt to the ever changing SL consumer trends; however there is no perfect plan.

As with any SL venture, the risks are not limited to new and changing policies of Linden Labs, however our diversification strategy mitigates most other risks.

Prior to considering any investment one must identify, analyse and mitigate risk at both a macro-level (example; governmental, regulatory, operating environment, et al) and at an enterprise or micro-level

(i.e.; company, competition, etc.). Additionally, the potential risks must be considered from both an internal (controllable) and external (no control) standpoint. We have diligently considered the following potential risks;

MACRO-LEVEL: There has been community discussion within the last year as to whether (or when) governmental agencies might intervene within the SL Financial community from a regulatory or legislative standpoint. This is an external risk over which we have no control.

There has also been debate and dialogue regarding Linden Lab's support and ongoing administrative control over the unit of measure commonly called $Lindens on several fronts, including;

(a) CONVERSION of $Lindens to a LEGAL TENDER CURRENCY and the potential tax consequences thereof. Here, too, we have no control or authority. Players are encouraged to seek their own counsel regarding any potential tax consequences in their local jurisdiction.

(b) Linden Lab's ability to MAINTAIN a STABLE ECONOMY as measured by the EXCHANGE RATE of $Lindens to US Dollars, the availability and pricing of virtual Real Estate within the SL environment, and various other user experience metrics as are published from time-to-time by LL and others.

Regardless of LL's apparent unwillingness to acknowledge its role as the CENTRAL BANKING AUTHORITY and MONETARY POLICY ADMINISTRATOR within SL, they DO CONTROL the $L: $US conversion rate and thus have totalitarian authority and sphere of influence over the $Linden Unit of Measure and its trade value within the overall SL Economy.

We additionally have little direct control over the SL technical environment or the innovations and feature sets it supports. Our OPPORTUNITY is in finding unique ways to thrive and survive within and adjacent to the boundaries of the SL Metaverse.

MICRO/ENTERPRISE-LEVEL: The majority of our internal risks are directly related to our ability to articulate and execute viable business strategies, and our ability to successfully trade SL Capital Market securities at a profit.

Capital Investment both in real-life and Second Life(tm) is fundamentally all about MANAGING RISK and is primarily about balancing the risk versus reward scenario. In any Investment opportunity there may be SUBSTANTIAL RISKS which must be thoroughly and diligently considered.

Specific to SL CapEx-based Investment REGARDLESS of whether you consider this activity to be simply STOCK MARKET GAME PLAY, an ECONOMIC SIMULATION, a TOY ECONOMY or a bona fide investment opportunity I implore you to familiarize yourself with both the Linden Lab Terms of Service (TOS) and the SL Capital Exchange Terms of Service (TOS) contained at the following links; (these be the basic rules).

Management
A company is only as good as its Management. Management will stive to work together in a transparent company so that investors know how AAA operates and deals with other companies.
