Important Announcement: Majority Control Shift of SL Reports (SLR)

Dear Investors:

It is with mixed emotions but extreme optimism that I announce today the sale of my majority share of SL Reports.

Via private negotiation, and in cooperation with AVIX management, JT Financials CEO Arbitrage Wise has purchased my 5.2 million shares of SL Reports.

JT Financials is a respected financial institution within Second Life, reporting a bank balance of L$56,979,676 as of Sunday, June 17, 2007. In real life, JTF CEO Arbitrage Wise boasts a BA in Economics and a MBA in Management/Entreprenuer. He resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area.

There is no cause for alarm in this matter. SLR will continue trading on AVIX as normal until its move to the new SL Capital Exchange within the next 30 days. An advance announcement with the exact date of the move will be provided once it is known.

All legitimate AVIX transactions will be honored and be snapshotted at the time of the move. There are no reasons to take any extra steps or consider any additional information when trading shares of SLR with your AVIX account.

During the sale announcement period, however - from approximately Tuesday (June 19th) afternoon/evening to Wednesday (June 20th) afternoon/evening - there will be a temporary trading hault. This is to allow the SL Reports staff an opportunity to address any questions with investors before normal trading resumes.

Arbitrage Wise looks forward to using the vast resources of his business and proven management ability to continue growing SL Reports beyond what could have possibly been imagined before. Investors in this company will no doubt be pleased with the result.

I will continue as acting CEO for the next 60 days, or until a suitable replacement can be selected.

Until further notice, however, business continues as usual with SL Reports. The next shareholder meeting is slated for Friday, July 6th with dividend posting to follow the next day. We will be posting financials soon and will continue to post updates as appropriate.
