POW - Emergency Shareholders Meeting

OK, patience is now gone.

I move to have an emergency shareholders meeting in order to replace the CEO.

CapEX has given POW til' the end of the weekend to get all issues resolved.

The only way to deal with this is to replace the CEO immediately.

I would like to see possible times for this by Friday night and we can choose between Staurday and Sunday, NO LATER!

I will offer to be the temporary CEO so the company isn't DELISTED. I am also sure(although I haven't asked him yet) that Scott Nestler would help there too.

We need a CEO and a board of directors, so everyone's hat can be in the ring. I have a complete list of shareholders and will try yo contact everyone by tomorrow night.

Let's get this dealt with. Sky will represent about 35% of the vote, because he represents SKY Hedge Fund(also our linden) which owns about a third of the shares.
