VGW Posts Dividend to Shareholders
Dear Shareholders.
I am just going ahead with paying out this month's Dividend from VGW.
Profits this month were 15'358. We will pay out 20'000 Linden Dividend, partially out of our retained profits.
As expected the move from prim Pets to Rebel Winds have affected sales. We are confident that April will be a better month. As posted before VGW has partnered with Rebel Winds and Prim Pets was moved to the Sim Pirate's Bay, next to the sim Town which is the auction sim of Rebel Winds. THE auction place to sell Amaretto Horses. 6 auctions per day and 24/7 staff taking care of every breedable need. We are very proud to be partner of Rebel Winds and we are looking for a great exposure of our Land center that moved to Pirate's Bay as well.
Occupancy has slightly dropped and we do have a few parcels available up for rent. A few prime corner parcels have opened up and we hope to see them occupied again over the next week(s).
