VGW Posts Dividend to Shareholders
Dear investors, share holders,
The first summer month has been a very good one for our Estates!
Profits this month almost hit the 40K. Our Tenants and residents have blessed our business and we are very thankful to our loyal Tenants. We will post a full financial report this weekend.
Dispite our annual summer slump we managed to keep up a pretty good occupancy rate. Throughout the month we were blessed with the same amount of people locking in at our community where on the other hand people lhave left.
As promised last month, we are going to raise the Dividend. Next to the 20K base Dividend, we are going to pay another 5K. The total amount of Dividend per share is now L$ 0.015.
If you're a small investor, please consider stepping in our fund and grab some VGW shares while they are still cheap. With the current stock price the annual return on investment is tremendous!
