Changes to Board of Directors

Dear shareholders,

please be advised that LeaPatrizia Zemach is being replaced by Dimi Frederix on the board of directors for VTM. This is mainly due to the fact, that Ms. Zemach is running her own fund on the exchange now and thus has somewhat conflicts of interest when it comes to investing/trading decisions.
