AIG - AFB - Update... Payments UNDERWAY! - 12:20PM SLT - 11/25/2007

UPDATE: The programming (actually Permissions) problem has been RESOLVED so I will begin distributing the first AFB claimant payouts at 12:30PM SLT today.

Again, this process will take SEVERAL HOURS to complete - please be patient.
