SL Capital Exchange (SLCX) to Pay Special One-Time Dividend - 12/18/2007

SLCX Shareholders,

We are on-track to have yet another RECORD MONTH - our BEST EVER since Acquisition.

In recognition to our Shareholders who have supported SL CapEx through a challenging year our Chairman, Arbitrage Wise, has agreed to pay a SPECIAL ONE-TIME YEAR-END DIVIDEND for Shareholders of record on 12/31/2007.

It's a little early to project the exact payout but it looks like L$300,000 or roughly L$0.0035 per share is attainable. Stay tuned for further detail...
