DCTY Trading Restored - 8:00PM SLT 01/03/2008

DCTY trading has been restored effective 8PM SLT 01/03/2008.

Caution: There has been an announcement that several Executive Members of the DCTY Team have resigned effective 01/03/2008... should DCTY HALT again this evening it will REMAIN HALTED until we've had an opportunity to confer with the remaining members of the DCTY Executive Team.
