AFB Claimants,

The March 2008 AFB Distribution is commencing this evening. Processing and distribution may take the better part of the weekend. A Notice will be Posted on SL CapEx when all proceeds have been distributed. I will be distributing a majority of the proceeds of the recent SLCX Shares Bulk Sale to allow for a full 10% payout of your original claim this month, bringing the total payout per claimant to date to 37% of your original claim.

The remaining balance held by the Trustee will be combined with the next Arbitrage Wise/JTF contribution and distributed in late April to complete the Trustee Administered portion of the AFB Settlement.

AFB Claimants,

A surprising and encouraging NEWS Announcement:

This weekend a private party has stepped forward and negotiated to purchase 100% of the remaining SLCX stock held in the AFB Trust at L$.30 /share (4,050,002 SLCX shares).

I am very pleased to report that such transaction has been completed and the Gross proceeds of L$1,215,000.00 are now in my possession for distribution to AFB Claimants. I have NOT yet calculated the Commission due SL CapEx for the Sale of Shares nor the Trustee commission, but clearly this will be the largest AFB Distribution by far and should help improve the cash positions of many SL CapEx clients.

I have not yet calculated the exact percentage or factored Arbitrage's monthly contribution, regardless, I do NOT anticipate being able to begin distribution of the proceeds until LATE NEXT WEEKEND (AFTER the February Financial Reports have been posted and reviewed).

It looks like we are nearing the end of a dark chapter in SL Finance history... I look forward to putting this one behind us! I will Post a Distribution Timetable some time later this week as I get a better handle on my availability to process the distribution.

Bogart Beck Re: Payouts

The Allenvest Recovery solely distributes the proceeds of the sale of SLCX Stock that was in Investor Allens Control plus the proceeds of the Sale of AVIX to Arbitrage Wise.

We have no authority or jurisdiction over funds SL CapEx did not control at the time AIG was delisted.

At this time I do NOT have a projected distribution date for the next payment to claimants as SLCX has not traded above $.30 /share at any time this month since the previous distribution.
