Nestler Investments (NIC) HALTED for Financial Reporting Non-Compliance - 06/20/2008

Due to non-compliance with Capex's financial reporting policies, NIC trading has been halted for not posting financials and the Company has been fined pursuant to our posted continued listing requirements. While we recognize that NIC is a NEW listing, Financial Reports for the period ending May 31, including accounting for the POW Acquisition, were due no later than 06/10/2008.

I have talked briefly with Scott this afternoon via E-mail and understand that the appropriate Statements are forthcoming, it is however appropriate and only fair that NIC be treated with the same enforcement reqyuirements as our other listed Co's.

Trading in NIC will not resume until fully conforming Financials have been posted and the Fine Paid-In-Full.
