BAY and BTX commence trading at 4:30AM SLT - 08/01/2008

I am pleased to report that the Reverse-Merger for BTR completed successfully this evening.

BTR closed at L$6.49 per share at approximately 11:59PM SLT 07/31/2008.

BAY Opened at L$2.49 per share at approximately 4:30AM SLT 08/01/2008.
BTX Opened at L$4.00 per share at approximately 4:30AM SLT 08/01/2008.

ALL Former BTR shares have been converted and the (BTR) Symbol is now Retired.
