BIG & BTX set Limit Sells to increase Public Float - 09/11/2008

Attention SL CapEx Investors,

In an effort to help stimulate the SL Capital Exchange market, and in preparation of anticipated changes in our listing policies to become effective after closing of the recently announced SL Capital Exchange Change of Control Agreement, I am releasing into the market approx. 47,000 shares of BIG and 35,000 shares of BTX in the hope that the move instills some confidence that SL CapEx is headed in the right direction.

This will ultimately reduce the Treasury shares of each company to 30% of the authorized and issued shares in each company. Most Investors here recognize that I execute almost 100% of my short-term trades AT MARKET, HOWEVER, in this instance I have placed 30 DAY LIMIT SELL Orders at or near the 30 day moving average for each company. I hope you'll consider this price to be a fair value long term investment opportunity for both Beck Investment Group and Beck Technical Research.

Investors should be aware that I will still personally hold a majority / controlling interest (50%+1 share) in each company. Proceeds of these share sales will help Fund the Acquisition of SL CapEx and the ongoing General Operating Expenses for each company.
