ANNUAL Shareholder Meeting Scheduled for BAY, BIG & BTX - announced 12/27/2008

To all interested parties;

A JOINT Annual Shareholder meeting for BAY, BIG & BTX has been scheduled for Friday Jaunary 02, 2009 beginning at 6PM (SLT) at the Nestler Conference Center on Treasure Cove (directly across from the SL CapEx Headquarters).

Minutes of the Meeting will be published in the SL CapEx Forums for those unable to attend.

AGENDA:

(1) Discussion of 2008 Results for each company.
(2) Nomination and Election of 2009 Board of Directors for 2009 Fiscal Year for each Co.
(3) Discussion of 2009 Goals and Objectives for each company.
(4) Shareholder Q&A

I anticipate that this session will run for at least 90 minutes if not longer depending on shareholder attendance and participation. Minutes of the annual Shareholder Meeting will be published in the SL CapEx Forums for those unable to attend.
