To whom it may concern;

Tropical Temptations CEO Huff Hudschinsky has reportd that XXX is insolvent and further that no recovery plan or replacement CEO has been identified.

Pursuant to SL CapEx policy XXX will be DELISTED 12/31/2008 should no plan plan be put forward and ratified by XXX Shareholders prior to that time.

XXX is Insolvent
To Whom it May Concern:

I regret to announce that XXX has reached a point where it can no longer sustain the costs of its operations and therefore is closing its doors. I'm unable to provide further financing and the attempts to find a suitable CEO or group that could carry on the turnaround process has been unsuccessful.

I submitted a request to halt XXX trading. Even though my time is limited to 2 hours in the evening EST, I am willing to answer questions and inquires.
